“Anybody for scones.....?”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 29, 2013 via mobile

I suppose if your staying on the beach in Abu Dhabi then you have to go.....they have given themselves 7 star and the place is owned by the local royalty although managed by kempinski.sine we could not afford to dine here we opted for afternoon tea which was nice.i had afternoon tea in Devon which was nice....or at the ritz which was nice.its a standart afternoon tea with a ton of food....silly realy becaus done person cannot eat all this.we shared ours and we could not move from the designer sette for an hour.naturally there is an international Clinton but it is or was mainly frequently by locals who have nothing better to do. Do not get me wrong...this hotel is incredible i terms of size and furniture....the entir place is in marble and gold.....it cots billion according to the cab driver....a defiantly must but lets not harp on about sandwich ,cake and tea in a poncy pot.
Ther are army's of staff and felled obliged to tip the chap generously for wiping the toilet seat before I entered......all very amazing and a MUST visit...although I won't be going back.

True to it's name , it is definitely a Palace fit for Royalty...
The imposing structure, Architecture , realGrandeur. Rooms are tastefully furnished with a touch of local decor (read 'Arabian Nights'), very classy..!

The Beach & Pool facilties are fabulous.Service can be a bit slow at times but not a concern really. The stay might burn a hole in your pocket, but for an occassional indulgence,
go for it...!!

The hotel lobby is really big, eater the restaurants and the pool, but they could service us as well as we were in a small one. There was always someone ready to help us. We had a book for two Khaleej Deluxe Suite and one Palace Suite Diamond, but we had an upgrade to the 3 Palaces Suite, what gave us an especial place in the hotel, with an unbelievable total area of 680m2, diner and tv room, and an butler. The swimming poll is really far from the rooms, bur this is not a problem once they got golf cars to pick us up. The beach is very nice and got a lot of amenities as well.

Room Tip: All the suits are in the middle part of the hotel, what make it much easier once the hotel is REALLY...

Emirates palace is the place to be if you want to experience luxury at its best in Abu Dhabi. The staffs are friendly and helpful except for the security personnels which may be understandable since there are a lot of people who are not hotel residents. Everything is luxurious, from the palce itself to the smallest utensil. there are a lot of restaurants inside though it is pricey. Anyway it is nearby other hotels and the mall so if you want to dine outside it is possible. This is really a place fit for dignitaries and celebrities, no wonder this is here they stay whenever they are in Abu Dhabi.

Room Tip: rooms facing the palace grounds in front is nice since that is where the sun rises. a very royal mor...

Glitz and glamour from the minute you walk in through the entry doors. The rooms are palatial, the butler service, the amenities, pool side bar and extremely polite and courteous staff.
The standard of service from all members of staff is excellent and everyone is so helpful and polite. The beach and pool facilities are exceptional. The standard Coral room is large and accommodates 2 adults very comfortably with all mod cons DVD, large flat screen TV and free internet. There is also good wardrobe and draw space and a writing desk. The suites are out of this world but as you would expect expensive. This Hotel is truely a Palace.

I'd visited here before as a tourist and decided to treat myself to a couple of nights stay, in part because I know and like the Kempinski brand. It is definitely a unique experience and worth doing. The service is great and for the most part the staff are friendly and welcoming and really happy to chat, which isn't always the case in most hotels. The room was very comfortable and it was very relaxing to sit on the balcony and watch the sun set. The only downside is that it is vast and you can feel out of place. And if you don't like the colour gold, then this really isn't the place for you! I'm glad I've stayed there. I'm not sure I'd go back though.

Stayed here for a couple of days after being in Dubai. Wonderful experience in palatial surroundings. Everything is kept immaculately. From being greeted at the front door all the way through to our departure you really are treated to a whole experience which is designed to impress and make you feel special. A personally assigned butler, room service and wonderful bars, beach front and pool all helped to make the experience one to be never forgotten. A real princess spoily experience! The dining area by the pool made the most fantastic red sangria cocktails which seeing is believing...just order one and try. Lunchtime food served here was of fantastic quality and v generous sized portions- a must try are the Thai prawn rolls.Would definitley recommend this hotel.
