I suppose if your staying on the beach in Abu Dhabi then you have to go.....they have given themselves 7 star and the place is owned by the local royalty although managed by kempinski.sine we could not afford to dine here we opted for afternoon tea which was nice.i had afternoon tea in Devon which was nice....or at the ritz which was nice.its a standart afternoon tea with a ton of food....silly realy becaus done person cannot eat all this.we shared ours and we could not move from the designer sette for an hour.naturally there is an international Clinton but it is or was mainly frequently by locals who have nothing better to do. Do not get me wrong...this hotel is incredible i terms of size and furniture....the entir place is in marble and gold.....it cots billion according to the cab driver....a defiantly must but lets not harp on about sandwich ,cake and tea in a poncy pot.
Ther are army's of staff and felled obliged to tip the chap generously for wiping the toilet seat before I entered......all very amazing and a MUST visit...although I won't be going back.
