I used a couple of Groupon vouchers and took my family to the Brasserie to give them a break from cooking dinner as my leg is broken, so it wasn't intended to be a special night out. However, the set menu was as excellent as the last time I had it, the staff were all very, very pleasant, helpful, and generous - not snooty in the least about our use of the vouchers. I wish I could remember their names but that's my fault, not theirs. The maitre d' organised a taxi for us and helped me into it which I appreciated. So an ordinary family meal out turned out to be very special in fact. We will be back, confident that it continues to maintain its very high standards.
