we arrived late at night as promise to our reservation before they had to pick us from the air port but we called and they said we have no one to pick you so walk to the hotel!the break fast was terrible we waited an hour for a cold and not toasted bread and just few things, the rooms were good and as we asked they 've turned the heaters on before but the hotel didnt have enough slippers !and after all they charged us for every thing even water and asked for 15% for service we didnt received!so be really carefull if u have to stay there dont ask for anything !

Stayed here for 1 night, arriving late evening - as we were catching an early plane next day (having abandoned our plans for travelling around Syria, given the unrest). Hotel is not far from the terminal, but no shuttle going there and route is NOT designed for pedestrians - combination of fast road and wasteland between the two!
Nothing bad about the place - clean, room (we had a junior suite for 4, which is 2 interconnecting rooms - although the booking engines say capacity is only 2) was fine, albeit quite old fashioned. In fact the whole place is a bit of a throwback to the 70s, with a brothel-style red velvet-decked bar and mock stalinist lobby. But staff were friendly, they had our booking, woke us up in the morning and took us on a shuttle back to the terminal. Breakfast was included - a buffet, served in a hangar-like ballroom - ok but not fantastic.
Pretty expensive for what you get, but kind of a monopoly situation!

due to an early plane we stayed overnight in this hotel located at a 10mn walk from the terminal. Reservation was made by asia rooms for 6 people. Two connecting rooms were offered, but as the receptionnist saw it would be a little tight, he offered us an extra twin room with no surcharge. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful.
Only the restaurant where we had dinner was not the best; it can be forgotten.

The wonderful included breakfast and the staff who served it so kindly.
There was wifi (free) available in the lobby and rooms which was good.
The service was excellent. 10 minutes to walk from the airport. From there you can take the bus to the center - the Baramekha square (about 80 cents). Nice Syrian breakfast.

We stayed for one night as we arrived very late (ie early morning). Hotel is on the airport grounds, just across the car park, a 5-10 minute walk from the terminal. We booked via internet without prepaying or putting in credit card details but it all went through ok and they were expecting us.
Rooms were large and clean, staff were friendly and helpful enough.
We did not use the restaurant, bar or swimming pool (which seemed to be very new)
Overall an ok experience, but value for money was a bit off as price was quite steep. Lucky we could pay with credit card.

The hotel has eveything (except the location 25 km from Damas) to be a very good hotel. But it has very recently opened a "disco" in the basement !!! We just could not sleep at all when we stayed there the night before taking an early flight from Damas. We still has to pay $168 for the night !!!

Don't go there
