“Perfect end to a wonderful honeymoon”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 13, 2008

We've stayed at the Four Seasons Doha for 4 nights, taking advantage of the "stay longer"
Four Season's promotion (4 nights at the price of three with breakfast included).
I wanted to offer my wife a grand finale to our honeymoon, and Four Seasons didn't disappoint!
We were greeted at the airport by a hotel representative and escorted to a taxi. Doha airport
remains at the opposite side of the bay compared to the Four Seasons, still it's only
an easy 15 minutes ride without traffic.
The hotel building is impressive and nice. The lobby is quite impressive, with tall ceiling and excellent
furniture. As we were on our honeymoon, we were upgraded from a standard room to a
nice executive suite! And we were given also a nice chocolate cake!! Great!
The room was extremely nice! Living room, bedroom and big bathroom. The sofa was nice and comfortable, and so was
the bed. The view - directly on the sea - was stunning, and so was the bathroom, ample and with a great deal of
amenities! The style of the room was classic, with some nice touch like the wonderful plasma TVs in the bedroom
AND living room! I loved the bathrobes provided, very thick and drying!

We had buffet breakfast included in our rate at Seasons restaurant. Let me tell you this: the quality of the food there was
astonishing! Probably the best buffet breakfast I've ever had so far. You can find anything,
from hot and cold mezzeh to traditional continental and American breakfast favourites. Try the eggs benedict: to die for!
I was amazed by the variety of freshly squeezed juices available!

The beach of the hotel - next to the hotel's marina - is pretty and well kept. If you happen to be there
during weekdays, it will be likely empty, so you have all for yourself! The sea was dirty however, and we swam
only once there, using the magnificent swimming pool instead. Three decker pool, with hot jacuzzis! And the attendent were always ready to help us
with water, sunscreen lotion and even sunglass cleaning!! Gorgeous!

The spa was astonishing as well. We took advantage of the squash courts many times, as well as of the hydrotherapy lounge, which features
a spa-pool complete with God-only-knows-how-many different water massage opportunities! There is also a plunge pool (17 °C) and a hot pool (42 °C)!
The changing room is wonderful, with a lot of amenities (God I loved those spa bathrobes!): sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, ice room (-15 °C!), swiss shower!
And all the staff was pretty amazing and nice.

We dined once at the Ramadan tent. It was pretty expensive (around 100 EUR per person), but the buffet spread, the beverages and the live entertainment were all top notch.
I would highly suggest that to anybody willing to experience Ramadan along with the locals.

Hotel location is good for business, but all the major tourist attractions are fairly away from the hotel. Finding a taxi could be a problem at night after 10 pm, but we managed it anyway.

I must say that this hotel is great. Really, a top 5 stars hotel. Once again, Four Seasons didn't disappoint us.

Hope I'll be back again one day!

We have just returned from Doha, Qatar and stayed in the Four Seasons Hotel.

It was a wonderful experience. The service was extremely good inside the hotel and outside at the pool and beach area.

The staff was very professional and dilligent.

I can truly recommend this hotel anytime.

I spent a long weekend at the Four Seasons and since it was the height of summer, the hotel appeared to be quite empty. Good for us, though, because we received excellent service wherever we went. In fact, one afternoon, whilst lounging in the pool at the edge, a waiter came over and asked if he could polish my sunglasses! When I agreed, he brought over a little box with cloths etc. and proceeded to clean my glasses. Is this the epitome of luxury, or what?!

We had a corner room overlooking the marina with a little, miniature balcony and it was pure heaven. Some of the yachts in the marina looked like they belonged to millionaires, and even had their own satellite dish.

Next door to the hotel is the spa. It looked fabulous but I didn't try anything. I had a haircut, which was pretty expensive, but turned out to be an excellent cut.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Spent about six months living at the Four Seasons Doha. The staff is excellent. The rooms are comfortable with good lighting though nothing spectacular. The grounds and public spaces are very nice and the food is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Arrived in doha miday on the friday. We had booked a hotel car about on hour prior to our arrival from dubai, and were greated by a beautiful BMW 750li , a lovely vehicle. The vehicle also incld. complimentary water and cold towels as well as news papers and a very good chauffeur called Noel.
Upon arriving at the hotel we were greated by name and shown too our room, we were on the fifth floor in an ambassador suite which over looked the marina and pool area.
(the room was a complimentary upgrade and beautifully furnished and exceptionaly clean and HUGE)
The pool area is very clean, and beautiful. The staff are excellent very attentive to the extent that they clean your glasses for you. Wonderful fresh fruit is handed too you etc,
The hotel also had three restaraunts however one was closed due to low season. We ate in the italian which is HUGELY expensive, it is good but not really worth the money.
However we also ate in the brasserie which was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast buffet is wonderful with very friendly staff, look out for geoffry.
The spa looks terrific also

The hotel is perfect , it is excellent in every way that one could imagine and provided a breath of freash air from the hussle and bussle of Dubai. But the hotel is very expensive so be prepared to have a rather large bill at the end ;)

I had the immense pleasure of residing at the Four Seasons Doha for a period of two years, which gave me ample time to observe every detail. Familiarity did not breed contempt, on the contrary: the service was just as fantastic (even by the high standards of the Four Seasons) on the last day as on the first.

Apart from the service, the facilities are also world-class. The beach and pool area are relaxing, the gym is top class, the spa is a wonderful place to get ready for an over-night flight (as most are from Doha), the tea room is a perfect place for informal business meetings, and the Cigar Lounge is fine for unwinding.

If you're young and looking for fun, you will probably prefer the Intercontinental or the Marriott, but if you appreciate service and are looking to unwind, you'll want to be at the Four Seasons.

Stayed in this hotel for one night and has a beautiful room overlooking the gulf - rooms on the other side while they may have a limited sea view will be looking at all the building that is currently underway in Doha.

This hotels is very impressive apart from the great location beside the sea and Marina it is beautifully decorated inside with great sculptures everywhere. Flowers are magnificent and the service is what you would expect from Four Seasons.

Also used the gym and jogged with a great view of the sea. This hotel is suitable for business and leisure and has a great spa and small but well laid out beach scene.

Great Hotel wish I could have stayed longer.
