When you open the menu, a first page tells you a bit more about the owner and the creation of Burj al Hamam 40 years ago since first started in Beirut. The history gives this restaurant an extra touch, with many years of improving recipes and service levels.
I enjoy Burj Al Hamam for its location, one of the best in the Pearl, with amazing views, for its design, for its comfortable seating that makes meals last, for its menu and dishes, from seafood to hummus, (dont forget the desserts, the best Lebanese desserts in Qatar) for its shisha aroma, for its attention to detail.
Always with a busy atmosphere, either for business lunch or for dinner, or just to go for a lemon mint juice with a cigar & friends.
Recommend to do book a table by window and ask the chef to prepare something else.
