“Very good option for business traveler”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2009

Stayed one night in the 4 Points, got upgraded to a Junior Suite. Very spacious, clean room, modern design. Bathroom ok, good water pressure. Got lots of gifts like fruit basket, water, sweets. Internet connection relatively pricey (20 USD per day), but reasonably fast. Only downsides are the lighting situation (very dark in the room) and the relatively old bath tub. All the rest was good and considering the lower price definitely a good deal in Beirut.

Stayed in Prefered room .on the upside the rooms are clean and well looked after. On the downside the hotels fascilities are poor. The pool area has 3 sunbeds.,The breakfast is very very poor not one fitting a five star hotel..Also make sure you get a quote on the final price as there are loads of hidden charges .For three nigts i ended up paying almost 100 dollars more on various taxes.

We choose this hotel as we had Starwood points we wanted to use. It was a good choice, clean, comfortable, modern. Our room had a wonderful view of Beirut and the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived well before check in time but our room was ready with only a short wait. The roof top pool is very nice though we found it a little odd that it closed at 6pm, after a long day of sightseeing it is nice to have a swim when you get back. The breakfast was okay but not amazing and not cheap either. The only gripe I had was the amenities provided, they gave you a 'conditioning shampoo' instead of shampoo and conditioner which I don't really like. The location is good though the area is very business orientated, we are a young couple on holidays and would have preferred the Hamra area. Overall, a good stay in a nice hotel

I stayed at this hotel because I had points and the hotels in Beirut are oddly expensive in high season. I found this hotel to be a great pick! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was near shopping although this will not keep you occupied for days. I did not try the restaurant so I cannot comment on the food. I did go up and check out the pool...only complaint there was that it looked really dirty. They were cleaning it but I wonder how often they clean it. Overall it was a great stay...very comfy beds and hotel! And Beirut...it's amazing!

*The suite was really really nice. Spacious, clean and with a nice bathroom.

*The hotel is located in Verdun, best shopping area of Beirut.

*The staff was like a lot of Lebanese very unfriendly and unhelpfull. When asking for a taxi, of which there are a lot in Beirut, I had to ask again after an hour.

*Prices in the hotel bar were fine.

*The swimming pool was closed during my stay, so I cannot tell anything about this.

I got married in this Hotel ! :-) everything was perfect. the staff ensured that every little detail was settled. My husband & I enjoyed our stay a lot, the food was excellent and the room was nicely decorated. We had complimentary breakfast buffet and dinner and we enjoyed every bit of it. the location of the hotel is very good being close to the beach and to the down town area. the pool was good too, it's on the roof top and the resto/bar next to it serves delicious food and desert. i recommend this hotel highly because of the immaculate rooms (with great views), helpful friendly staff, and awesome food.
