I stayed here overnight during the recent Ramadan, my first time in this hotel. The airport pick up was efficient and took about 30 minutes or so to get to the hotel. The suite was spacious and comfortable with small fridge, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. As previous viewers mentioned, no wifi in the room.
The selection at breakfast wasn’t huge and I was disappointed there was almost no Arabic food but I guessed the hotel were making the assumption most people interested in Arabic food for breakfast would be fasting which made sense.
I had a walk around the local area which was very quiet (Ramadan/weekend) but looked like it would normally be a good and lively place to be if you like to eat outside of the hotel.
I really liked the pool area as it’s on the roof so catches the breeze and was pleasant to be at despite the usual Kuwaiti summer temperatures.
I booked the free, hourly hotel shuttle back to the airport and came across my only complaint about the hotel. I asked if anybody else was taking the shuttle at the same time as me and was told I was the only person booked for 12 noon. I asked if it would be possible to go at 1145 or 1150 instead. I was told it was possible but I’d have to pay. I then decided I had to leave the hotel at 1100 instead to be sure of getting my flight which of course meant spending extra, unnecessary time at a very dull airport. As the hotel was very quiet during my stay I’m sure it would not have taken much effort to work out if anybody else was checking out/needing the shuttle at 12 noon. I was disappointed with this lack of flexibility and initiative.

Please do accept my sincere apologies for the Wifi that is currently unavailable due to maintenance that is being carried out.
As for the transportation, an hourly shuttle is arranged where guests are well aware of this service, allowing them to avail of it at any time, the reason why we are unable to pre-pone or post-pone the same.
I do apologize for this also causing an inconvenience to you.
