After arriving at Kuwait International Airport.
Arranged taxi to the hotel Movenpick, but there are two Movenpick Hotels in Kuwait.
After deciding which one I had booked, the tax drivers most of them could not speak English, so I had to wait until an English speaking taxi driver arrived. So sorted out travelled to the hotel which took about 15 minutes and cost 5 KD. Arrived at the hotel the staff were very good. I was amazed at the standard of the hotel. I have been to many hotels in the Middle East including Dubai. This hotel was one of the best i have stayed in. All the hotel staff were very polite, and spoke English.
Room was very good all amenities were there Coffee and Tea making facilities. Iron Board and Iron. Overall the room could not have been better. Bathroom had all amenities, including a bathe robe. Free Arab style cakes.
Food was very good a choice of two restaurant's one inside and one in the garden.
Overall I rate this hotel 5 star and would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Kuwait City.
