Room Tip: The suites are great very large with kitchen, washing machine just an overall reat place to stay wit...

The two bedroom suite was nice. When we got to the room we had to call for towels, no towels in the room and they came two hours later. Went to take showers and had cold water. Called the reception at 9am and maintenance showed up at 10:30am and said they need to turn the circuit breaker on and told us to wait 20-30 minutes more for the hot water. The 2nd day after room was cleaned we had to call and ask for towel exchange. They said they have laundry problem and said they did not have enough towels. We complained to manager and got new towels. Three days and my wife wanted massage from lady massuese and could not get appointment because she either was busy or not in the hotel. Garden cafe is a joke. Breakfast - DO NOT pay the extra 10BD, not worth it at all and you can get excellent breakfasts within minutes from the suite. The place was clean and people nice. This is first and last time I stay at this place in bahrain. We go there four to five times a year for a week and this is not worth the money you pay. Can pay some money and stay in nicer accomodations. We left third day and stayed at Kempenski at City Center, much better.

Room Tip: Check the room first. They say it is no smoking. The first room on the 3rd floor the hallway smell...

I stayed here recently while visiting friends in Bahrain. I admit that it was during the unrest, and the hotel was running I imagine with limited staff, but while the accomodation was excellent, clean and spacious, overall I would not rate this as 5 star. Breakfast buffet was not running, due to small number of guests and overall the breakfast was totally awful. Nescafe instant was the coffee on offer, cereals were limited to cornflakes and rice crispies and no fruit, yoghurt etc available. The Suites are situated in a building site, but close to the Seef Shopping Mall. The pool area and gardens all need to be watered, cleaned and better maintained. I asked for extra tea bags in the room and was informed that they were only supplied on the first night, I also asked for a sewing kit to do some small repairs, asked 3 times but it never appeared. But maybe I am being too harsh, it was during the recent unrest.

I read guest review before my stay at this hotel. Honestly, i was worried but since my priority was a clean place and this hotel was new i thought it worth trying. Our experience with hotel is excellent. first of all, it was very close to the exhibition centre which is our daily destination as exhibitors. Also, close to main malls where we had our lunch during the rest hours. the transport to and from the exhibition centre and the air port was provided by the hotel. the rooms were super clean. the interior, we chose 2 bedrooms suite Italian style, it was amazing. the size of the suite was very specious. and the best of all, was the staff members, they were very helpful and friendly. they made us feel as if we were in our own home. they would go out of their ways to help and made things smooth and easy for us. the only improvement i would suggest is the main entrance of the hotel from out side, it does not reflect the real look of the hotel. i would suggest using 2 or 3 glass panels on the side of the current entrance as the main entrance. it will give the entrance of the hotel a grand look ;) Also, improving the internet facility.

This hotel rating is 5 stars but it doesn't even deserve 2. The food is unbelievable , it is the first time in my life to see a chicken biryani with fried raw chicken or a restaurant menu consisting of more than 40 dishes while almost 80% of the dishes are not available. I have requested a latte and I have received in a juice mug instead of cup , just imagine that ( look at the picture attached )

The hotel Spa offer only two types of massages which is again very strange for a five stars hotel. Overall, the hotel doesn't deserve to be stayed in at all.
