“Great business hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 4, 2012 via mobile

This is by far one of the best business hotels in town. Wireless is for free and relatively fast. Besides good sport facilities there is also a great Japanese restaurant called Shogun. The Italian restaurant isn't that great- food is rather blunt.

There are three different hotel room styles. All of them are modern but I personally prefer the andalucian style. In terms of location, the hotel is pretty far away from the airport- during rush hour, it can take up to 1.5 hours by car.

One of my favorite hotels to stay in on a business trip as they can provide good rooms to have a good peace of mind, the rooms are clean, you get comfortable as soon as you check in, and the staff is ready to hear any problem you see and they act on problems pretty fast. Mr. Shahid Abidi has shown support as he always has been doing the reservation on call, and I appreciate his excellence for dealing with me, as he takes the time to discuss with me about any problem I have and his constant concern of how can we make you comfortable.

This hotel was much nicer than another I have stayed in in Riyadh, mostly because:

- it's modern and clean room
- nice bathroom
- the lobby isn't full of people smoking

Of course, local customs and laws make it a bit different to similar hotels in other countries (eg, only men can use the pool).

This is your typical Radisson business hotel. Offers a few good restaurant options and a good selection and varied for breakfast buffet. Rooms are generally spacious and clean and the hot has a good and modern gym. However, do not spend extra for access to the club lounge, not worth it!

Maybe the location is not that great due to crowded area the hotel is located unless you want to be close to many government building due to business. Otherwise the service, rooms, restaurant and staff are outstanding.

Check-in took ages. Unusual room - it was a huge triangle shape with very little furniture - I could have played football in it! Waiters in restaurant impolite and started arguing. If you want a spacious room though, you can't beat this place! It was good value for a business trip I guess.

I have stayed in this hotel many times - it is great value for money, consistently good service, great food. The location is good for visiting a lot of Government Ministries, however it is some distance from he centre of Riyadh ie Kingdom Tower. Good Japanese restaurant.
