Good ambience, best location, good facilities, no complimentary wifi, good staff attitude, over all enjoyed the stay, had a very good break fast, had a very breathtaking view from the balcony, the wifi at the lobby wasnt working, later they fixed it.

I've stayed at Faisaliah dozens of nights over the last three years but in the context of other Riyadh hotels, it still stands out. I have written about Faisaliah before but it really is a top shelf hotel. Immaculate, perfect food, excellent service, the rooms look like a team of ten worked on it all day, everything is really perfect at this hotel. Best of all the service really stands out, at every turn. I spent some time in the spa area this past visit in November and I had to report. The gym has the absolute latest cardio and circuit training equipment, its clean and there is an attendant that makes sure fruit, a clean towel and water bottle is at your fingertips. Each piece of equipment has a TV with headset hookup which makes cardio time much easier. Afterwards the spa features steam room and sauna plus a chilled dip pool to cool down. After that there is a large jacuzzi if you still need heat, or jump in the pool which features a waterfall thats fun to stand underneath. We found ourselves ordering food three mornings in a row in the pool area it was so relaxing. This hotel is expensive, any quality hotel in Riyadh is. Your choices at this price range are Intercontinental, Ritz Carlton and Faisaliah. Ritz is tough to compete with but its all the way over by the embassies, at least twenty minutes from town. If you have embassy business its the way to go. However, Faisaliah is in the center of town and easy to walk or drive to most important locations in Riyadh.

I shocked from this 5 star hotel, actually I stayed 2 night then I change it to another.
The room furniture was too old and dark.
besides, there was no water heater, coffee and tea !!
I stayed in a lot of hotels worldwide with variety stars and styles, but Al Faisaliah Rosewood Hotel was the worst. Also the price is very expensive especially when you compare it with what you get !!
the facilities is good seems 5 star but rooms should be 3 star.
shame on you Rosewood.

I have been visiting KSA for business since 2008. This was one of my best hotel experiences ever. The service, food , rooms, staff and everything is top notch. I really enjoyed my stay. I recommend it for business to everyone. In addition they have excellent seminar and event facilities. The staff in that department also did a great job.

The hotel is one of the best places to stay in Riyadh. Being a female business traveller in KSA is not always straightforward and this hotel provides a comfortable base in the city where the staff make you feel very welcome and are helpful in arranging cars, checking in for flights etc. The only slight disappointment on this trip was that the female only spa was not open. If this, when open, provides a full spa service then it will definitely be my top choice for Riyadh. The lobby area is a great place for informal meetings or catching up on emails if you get fed up of being stuck in your hotel room !

Dear jetqueen,

Thank you very much for selecting Al Faisaliah Hotel, A Rosewood Hotel for your recent stay in Riyadh, and thank you also for your time to post such wonderful feedback.

We understand that traveling in the Kingdom for single female travelers can be a challenging experience, and it is our goal to make traveling for our female guests as comfortable as possible. I am glad we were able to assist you with your travel and accommodation requests.

As you stated, the Ladies Spa is not yet open, however we are in the final stages, and expect to open in the first quarter of 2014. I am confident you will be absolutely thrilled with the Spa once it is open, as it offers a state-of-the-art luxury facility for our female guests and members.

We look forward to your return visit.
