“"Unforgettable Journey"”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 6, 2014

I stayed here with my family and groups. In my opinion the location of the hotel is excellent. The room was above my expectation. The service was average. But it took around 5-10 minutes to get to your room during the day, because there are plenty of of people with only couple elevators.
Overall I really enjoyed it, and Hilton Makkah will always be in my umroh experience.

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your positive comments. Let us assure you that we will share these comments with the rest of the team. One point to clear-out is the elevators' issue. Please note that we have added three new panoramic elevators in the hotel, totaling the number of elevators to seven panoramic elevators and four side elevators. All this is for the convenoience of our customers.

Please feel free to contact me for any further query. I will be happy to hear from you with further booking requests in the near future. Until then, please accept our regards.

I stayed here for 3 nights Feb/March 2014 Just come back from Umrah.
This is an excellent hotel.
Managed extremely well.
Great Staff, very helpful and polite.
Rooms are clean and tidy.
Breakfast is the best I have ever had.
I would highly recommend to all doing Umrah/Hajj
Just 1 thing, do not dive into the chocolates and drinks as soon as you get into your room as they cost £1 each

We have just come back after visiting the Holy Mosques in Makkah and Madinah. We stayed for Six nights at the Hilton and was assigned a partial Kaaba View Room.As usual the service from check in to to the room was very good. The room was a fair size and bedding very good.the bathroom had all the amneties expected from a top notch Hotel.a word of warning ,taking a Kabaa Room comes with a shower over the bath tub.Unlike the City view rooms that comes with walk in showers.
Breakfast still remains Top Notch, although Lunch/Dinner is on a pricey side.
To compensate there are various Food Courts nearby.
Please note due to construction in and around the Holy Mosque, noise can be irritating.

We stayed in the makka hilton for 4 nights and i was so pleased that i chose this hotel. Staff were absolutely fantastic always said salaam and smiled rooms were clean nothing was too much. We got there on just before jumma prayer time on the 14th feb 2014 after after a very hectic morning the manager i spoke to managed to get the rooms early he was very understanding, polite and professional our rooms were on the 29th floor which in it self was amazing we had the kabba view and the children and my mum had the city view .i would defiantly recommend this hotel . cannot say enough on how good the stay was here like the title it just dosen't get any better.

javid yousuf

Room Tip: if possible ask for the 29th floor its the executive floor any room would be good

My stay at hilton towers is like a two star dump
the sheets were stained and torn
the cleaning was pathetic. Basins and mirrors not even wiped.
Bath floors not mopped
ever day I had to phone and beg to get clean towels
stayed in a quad room but would get two towels no floor towels for the bathrooms no hand towels.
There were Cockroachers around fridge.

I've been staying at this hotel since I was a kid and they never fail to impress me! The hotel looks like it is recently refurbished and the lounge and everything looked beautiful. They had several lifts located like in a semi-circle so each room was in front of a lift - very clever engineering! It was extremely convenient for us and the lifts never got too crowded. The room was clean and tidy and we were able to order food after midnight even though that particular dish was only available until midnight. They also let us do a late checkout so I would say the hotel staff are pretty awesome!

However, the highlight of my stay was the breakfast. There were so many dishes to choose from! There were traditional breakfast items like baked beans, bread, eggs and cereal and then there were items like pakistani halwa, malaysian noodles and arabic foul. Plus they
had an oven and they were making fresh bread in front of us! It was amazing! The waiters were also very prompt and polite and I'd especially like to mention Mr Rehan Qayyum here.

Definitely recommend this hotel and if you don't have breakfast included in your package then pay extra and go for it! You're going to love it!

Great hotel to stay in. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. It has best location in Makkah and very easy access to Haram. Highly recommended if you are travelling to Makkah to perform Omrah or Haj. Food is excellent in the hotel restaurant.
