This is a great hotel for a conference. There was easily more than enough space for our 200 delegates. As well as a huge exhibition space underneath the hotel there is a huge ballroom. Here we held a gala dinner with excellent food and service. There are many different places to eat and the bar is welcoming with a fire that provides added warmth at this time of year. It is too cold to swim outside in February but there is a very pleasant inside pool and gym. There are some shops in the hotel arcade and the hotel is well situated for many local restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. We liked it so much we will hold next year’s conference here too. I particularly recommend the food in the Indian restaurant. Tip: the road outside is quite dangerous, it is worth gettijng a taxi to the otherside rather than walking!

The hotel was a delight after a long flight. The service and staff were excellent with good English.
The rooms are very spacious. make sure you ask not to be close to a smokers room if you dont smoke.
We stayed 4 nights. The security was excellent as it is a hotel for diplomats. The location is a 10 min walk from the main restaurants and shops of the city centre.
Very much recommended.
The only downfall is the price of the rooms.

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Nothing. I want to live here.

I could go on for hours about everything I loved, but I will limit myself to one detail: the shower... A rain of heaven, pun intended. Best shower I've ever had.

If I ever get the chance to return, rest assured I will jump at the opportunity.

The hotel is very nice and there were many positives. There were nice restaurants in the lobby and shopping in the complex. Our room (a double) was very spacious and the bathroom was adequate. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

The negatives: on one night the room was extremely warm and there was some difficulty lowering it (for some reason the set point was set high that day and you could only adjust by a couple degrees from the setpoint). Also wifi was expensive (17 JD or 24 USD) and the business center also charged a fee for usage of internet; however the staff was kind enough to let me have free access to check flight status and email before leaving.

Overall, I would stay here again if I visit Amman again.
