This is a nice hotel in general but falls short in providing 4 star service. The Executive suites are very spacious but Junior suites are actually small rooms without any suite facilities like lounge or dining areas. The suites/rooms are well maintained, clean and comfortable. The housekeeping service is good but cant say the same thing about room service where I didn't find consistency of standard. I was there during Ramadan, so that could be a factor although it shouldn't be in a Hotel.
The beds are very comfortable & pillows/linens/blankets are of good quality.
Bathrooms are clean & reasonably spacious.
The staff of the hotel are well-mannered & attentive but there is a lack of natural warmth that one would expect from the staff a hotel of this category.
Internet connection (complimentary) broke down a few times during my stay but when available the speed is very good.
There is a Pizza Hut opposite the hotel and if you turn left form the hotel entrance and walk for 10 minutes a number of dining options are available (fast food, Lebanese restaurants, a food court etc.) For both Dining & shopping I would recommend a 1 JD(1.5 USD) taxi ride to Mecca Mall where there is a big food court with lots of options and a number of Cafes & Restaurants.
Overall, a clean & comfortable hotel but not a 4 star property. Considering the rates of hotesl in Amman, Quality Suites provides value for money.

We express it by arranging a graduation party for my daughter last summer ... The hall is cute , food is great .. We had complained from the services that night , but we were informed that this issue is settled forever & new mangement is on ...
They open a new cafe and restaurant lately , what I'm fascinated of is their swimming pool ... We expressed their suites that night ... It s very well organized with big areas ...

7- two plasma tv's and two toilets in the royal suit

cons:
1- breakfast simple and nice but cold, they need to heat the dishes
2- check in cleaning is good but followup cleaning is not so good
3- its hard to find a taxi but many will pass by before they stop. something to do with the location
4- some rooms are overused

overall, after looking at many choices (live) and being shocked by the prices in comparison with quality, Ill come back and recommend it

I think I have finally found the perfect accommodation in Amman! Ultra clean spacious rooms and suites, great food, great service, free high speed internet (I've paid almost $23 a day in other hotels in Amman), and amazingly affordable rates.

This hotel just had their soft opening a few months ago. If you're familiar with Amman, once you get to the seventh circle (roundabout) on your way from the airport, you are only minutes away from the hotel on Al-Madina Al-Munawwara Street. You're close to just about everything but with a comfortable distance from the congested areas of Amman. The street where the hotel is located is full of restaurants, stores, banks, airlines offices, and even a Turkish bath just a short walk up the street.

Breakfast is included and it was great. The chef was standing by to greet guests and listen to their comments. Same thing when I had dinner on the first floor. Try the lentil soup!

If you have comments, the manager himself will discuss it with you. I had a few, and was pleasantly surprised to have the manager - who spoke fluent English - sit with me in the lobby and take notes. Everything I raised was promptly addressed.

Best of all, after a long day, it was so very quiet when it was time to sleep.
