“Absolutely rubbish accommodation - the worst I have ever stayed in!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed January 12, 2010

The hotel was filthy dirty, the manager - Ali - was arrogant and rude and spent the majority of his time sitting on the couch in front of the TV, chain smoking and constantly harassing us to "go halves in a bottle of tequila". There were no other staff working at the time we were there until our last day, when a poor girl came in and had to scrub the place from top to bottom. The "kitchen" was appalling - dirty dishes everwhere. Ali was living at the hotel on the couch and treated the place like his house, rather than a hotel. Both shared bathrooms were blocked - toilets and showers. The hot water was practically non existent and the bathrooms were FILTHY. I would NOT recommend this rip off place to anyone.

This hotel claims that it will pick you up at the airport if you advise them of your flight and arrival time - NOT - even after confirming it twice and ringing from the airport when we arrived. The free breakfast - NOT. Conditions in the room we had were very poor. The shower almost worked, the toilet was very old and unstable, the sink balanced on pipes. The bedroom was very cold and there were no heaters. The only plus was that Ali, the owner, will organise a car and driver and a tour itinerary for you for a reasonable rate.

The room is not clean. The bathroom is disgusting. The water price is tripled. The manager is not honest. Only the location is not bad. And if you really have to stay there, do NOT make reservation for that " up side down" traditional home made dinner (6.5JD=$9.5), you will only get a plate of rice with ONE small chicken wing. You will find a lot better food for 1JD in Amman.

It is in the central location but the room was not very clean. There were lots of ants in the room. The bathroom smelled so bad. When we paid the manager said he didn't have any change so he insisted to take some water/coke instead even though we didn't want. Anyway he doesn't seem the person we can trust. I would not recommend this hotel to any friends!
