“Clean, good location, nice employees, but dumpy atmosphere”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 week ago

No elevator. Free parking is in a parking lot two blocks from hotel...must self park on top floor. Room ugly, but comfortable and clean. Breakfast underwhelming (by comparison with others in Israel).
Good side: one block from beach. Inexpensive. Not as close to Jaffa as I thought. Took 45 minutes in hot sun to walk to Jaffa.

Stayed at this hotel two nights. Excellent point: the courtesy and efficiency of the staff, really very helpful. Good points: location, cleanness and the overall price/quality ratio. Not so good points: very small rooms, lack of an elevator, breakfast quality to be improved. As a whole, this was a good choice for my short stay in Tel Aviv

A friend of mine and I share a room while staying in Tel Aviv for a conference and some sight seeing. The Bell’s location is a prime choice, conveniently located between the more historic part of the city to the south (Old Jaffa) and the nicely done beaches in the old port district in the north (both a nice 30 minute stroll from the hotel). But also the beach directly in front of the hotel (one block away) is nice and invites for an afternoon swim to cool off. The hotel’s room was nice, well equipped, and clean. The bathroom is integrated into the room, so you should have no privacy concerns if you stay here. Our experiences with the hotel staff are all professional in the sense of getting the job done, but levels of friendliness vary strongly. The breakfast offered in quite nice, even though choice is limited compared to some of the larger hotels in the area. One of the hotel’s most valuable assets is its roof terrace. Here you will have a very nice view of the beach and the sunset. Plus, it offers a fridge for guests so you can store your drinks inside while relaxing. Taken altogether, we enjoyed our stay and I think both of us would book again on our next trip to Tel Aviv.

Room Tip: While the ones to the street can be quite noisy (colleagues of mine stayed there), the ones to the b...

I enjoyed very much staying at the hotel. Location is excellent, just one block from the beach, and in the area of good restaurants. The only drawbacks are that there is no elevator, but the building is renovated. In short you get a good value for the money.

The Bell Boutique is a quaint hotel located only a block from the beach. The manager was incredibly friendly and welcoming when my friend and I checked in late. The rooms are small, very small, so be sure you like the person you're staying with. However, they are clean and contemporary. The rain shower was the best part. Breakfast was sufficient, typical israeli fare (salads, eggs, bread, cheese, pastries, coffee). The rooftop deck offers incredible views and is perfect for a relaxing afternoon. The only panic moment was when my friend and I found a few small bugs by his bed (they were not bed bugs we confirmed).

Room Tip: There is no elevator or bellman so if dragging your bags up flights of stairs is going to be a probl...

We stayed here for two nights and booked in expedia. Although our room was almost comically small, it was very clean, comfortable and had great AC. The hotel itself has the most fantastic roof deck with gorgeous views of the Mediterranean and Tel Aviv skyline. The daily breakfast was also nice. The location a block from the beach and steps away from bars and restaurants is a total plus, too.

It looks like there are larger rooms that even have private balconies so I would suggest booking one of those. Either way though, we would definitely stay again!
