In a nutshell - good location (if you want to be central to most things), nice staff, very good value, lovely decor, very clean - essentially all you're looking for at the middle priced range. There are a number of good cafes nearby including next door (but nowhere is far from a few cafes in Tel Aviv). They also hire out bikes (for no charge) which is a great way to get around the city. A nice touch is the happy hour drinks each night with nibbles in the hotel or next door in its affiliated hotel Cinema Hotel (which also looks very nice). There is a nice rooftop terrace for sundowner drinks if you want. I'd recommend it and go back for sure.
