NIS500.00 = salad, chopped liver starter ( both good), small steak and sides + 1 glass of wine each. Both ordered medium rare, steak came rare...must have walked the cow past the fire and zeow. Sent back but when it was brought to the table, the plates were cold. It was underseasoned but ok. not more than ok.
Partner asked for no cheese on the spinach, but was told it could not come without in spite of seeing that it was only sprinkled on top. The service simply was not up to par for an expensive restaurant--when you had them, they were very nice but getting their attention and being asked if things were ok..well, we just didn't get the service I feel should be given in ANY and especially an expensive resturant. It is ok..but for the price and the food, I won't be rushing back. There are other places that have good food , more attentive service and for a two hour lunch I paid 35.00 in an adjacent parking lot and the restaurant does not comp this Do not compare this to NY as seen in reviews..it will not hold up.
