This is the place where Itzhak Rabin, the Israeli prime minister was assassinated on November 4th 1995.
There's a small monument on the exact place where the assassination took place plus some wall graffiti from that period of time.
Over the years, the entire debate about Rabin's assassination became very political and people tend to forget, than other than being a brave leader, the guy was also a family man with a wife, sister, children and grandchildren.
Staring at the small monument ought to make you reflect on those things as well.
