Take an evening stroll along the seaboard to the old Jaffa (or better still, jog :) ). Take a picture with the church and sunset. It's nice.
It is a wonderful place to walk and shop in the old renovated city. At the hilltop, take a picture of the city and sea.
the artist shops and environs near the sea, on the hill were fascinating. Many were workshops where you could actually see them work. And so beautiful, you could see their inspiration.
Always fun to stroll around in the old streets of Jaffa:

And now that the boardwalk from Tel Aviv is fully connected with Jaffa, the best thing is to rent bike in Tel Aviv and rise all the way to Jaffa (yes, there is a Tel Ofan stop there)
Had a wonderful breakfast at Mr.Shakshuka's then wandered the neighborhoods and bazaar. Friday morning lots of activity especially the sook! Got some fabulous pastries!
Took lots of photos. A great place to do a self-guided tour.
You could spend your whole visit in old Jaffa. The market is the best, teeming with people, smells, and sounds: a visual delight.
Look for the old twisty Zodiac alleys. Hidden treasure: the Alana Gordon Museum.
