“Beyond a Bistro”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 3, 2014

A place for those with a sweet/savoury tooth. A wide variety of dishes with portion size and content vaying a bit much. So a fish dish was well sized bit the Filo lacked content.
Very atmospheric with excellent well trained staff. Deserved to be full catering for many tastes. To be recommended and should have 4.5 stars ex 5

“Tasty”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 22, 2014

We set on the outside bar. The bartender was funny, attentive and had a six sense to what we wanted. The food was delicious and fun. Even empty dishes on other tables looked good.

Would come back for sure.

“Great place for a light lunch and people watching”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 22, 2014

Found out only yesterday that this is no longer Rotschild's Kitchen but Shulchan and it's been around for almost two years (I really must venture out into the Rotschild Bvd area more often)
The dishes are small but elegantly prepared. Overall, a great place for lunch - if you're not too hungry - and people gazing.

“The best!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 15, 2014

Innovative chef Omer Miller prepares delicious creative food based on very fresh ingredients. Having more than 10 meals there, and going through the whole menu, I never encountered a dish which was less excellent. The shellfish, salads, fish and meat were always prepared with a twist and a marvelous tastes combination. I'm not a desert person, but my partners delighted on them too. Always ask for the specials – they're the best!

“go for the steak”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 1, 2013

We were three people. Parents and son. So we shared the dishes. Took two main dishes. Entrecote steak that was excellent. Fish wrapped in banana leaf, which was small and less tasty. 3 entrees were excellent. Burgul salad. Carpaccio beef. Black lentil salad. Bread (home bread?)with dips was excellent. Beers are Israeli boutique beers. I drank Alexander beer that was excellent. The restaurant is a great place. Clean, comfortable and good service. It bothered me that they served the main courses before we finished the entrees.
