“Overpriced but very good street food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 18, 2013

The Miznon is not much more than a "hole in the wall" where you can get gourmet variations on pita stuffed with anything (prawns, chicken livers, hamburger, potatoes...)
The food is tasty and a notch above your average shwarma, but priced well above it too. The seating is not very pleasant (this is one of the busiest and dirtiest junctions in Tel Aviv), but you're not meant to dwell, but rather stuff your face and go.

“Non-pretentious Indulgence”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 3, 2013

If you are looking for a totally casual, non-expensive place for a gourmet pita, this is the place. They serve unique, well-prepared and creative things in a soft and decadent pita.
Expect long lines and noisy music, though....

“a snack, but a great one”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 30, 2012

it's evening, you came back tired from work, you can't spend more money on restaurants nor time on fixing yourself a dinner. but the idea of pizza or a burger sounds too bad... well, you can go to enjoy some juicy well-cooked meat in a warm pita -bread... then you understand the meaning of the word "comfort"

“The place I miss when I'm abroad”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 23, 2012

Miznon has quite a unique concept and set of flavors, I always crave it when I'm out of Israel for a while. @Keyont, the steak & egg pita is my least favorite and I agree with what you said about it. Try the chicken livers or kebab, there are in a different league.
