The Derby Bar name is a misnomer, because this is proper reatuarant, not a bar (although they serve drinks of all kinds of course).
My second visit to this restuarant which has been serving good food for a long time.
Located in Ramat Aviv (a suburb), it has good parking facilities close by.
The appetizers are super, and if you don't want a main course, they don't mind serving appetizers (mezze) only - as much as you want - for 40 shekels per person. If you order a main, the mezze are free.
The food was excellent, as was the service, which was user-friendly, almost professional, fast and accurate.
The seafood soup was hot and spicy, the pasta was perfectly done, the wine was properly chilled, and surprise! the waitstaff asked if we wanted a doggy bag of the mezze we hadn't eaten.
I'm going again soon (I hope).
