This hotel asks for feedback quite a bit, but it is lacking in a few ways that are glaring so I am not sure what they do with the feedback.
The room was okay, but there were a few stray hairs and things in the bathroom that made me uneasy about the level of cleanliness. However, I left my do not disturb sign on my door and the maid left a bag of towels and toiletries outside the room that was greatly appreciated.
The location is walking distance to the city center and Old City, but it is about a 20 minute walk. The rooftop view is nice and they offer drinks, but you have to call for service and when I called, no one answered.
The restaurant is what really let this place down, it was the worst meal I've had in Israel and the service was non-existent. I sat down at the restaurant and it seems as though people have to order at the bar... or so it seemed after the bartender passed me several times and then went to do something on his mobile phone behind the bar. The pizza I ordered came 30 minutes later and was extremely undercooked and I had to beg to get the bill. I had tried to order this in my room before, but called twice and was disconnected. I wouldn't say that this makes it a hotel to be avoided, but it should not be rated as highly as it is here.
