We did not have a good experience. Firstly, we had problems with communication with the owner (we requested a very early check-in at 7AM after a night flight and ended up told that all rooms were full and we can have a coffee or a nap in a park until people start checking out).
Then we got a room which was nothing like those on pictures -- it was way too small (could hardly find place for suitcase), shabby and the window faced a wall. It was good however for relaxation as it was rather cool and more quiet than the streetview rooms. I think we could get a better deal if we haggled, but we were just so tired after the night flight that we gave up on that.
On a positive side, the room was reasonably clean, the location is perfect, the owner apparently at least tried to deliver and, at checkout, he agreed to a 10 % discount off the EUR 65/night rate.
Bottom line: Poor value, look elsewhere. The website looks way better than the real thing.
