Sometimes the various parts of the old city of Jerusalem seen to jam together with no clear distinction as to when you're leaving one quarter and entering another quarter. So it is with the Armenian quarter. Although there are more churches here and the area is generally cleaner than the Muslim quarter, the shops here sell many of the same souvenirs you can find in other quarters of the old city, plus household goods and clothing for the locals. Small restaurants and coffee houses mix in with these shops. Just walk around and absorb the ambiance.
