I stayed at the Inbal Hotel while visiting Israel and Jerusalem. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL and the staff is on par!! Should I come back for another visit I will definitely return to this lovely hotel! A week was NOT long enough!

Great location, rooms were nice but small. Breakfast was half decent for a 5 star. Service was good, people were nice. They were very helpful when my daughter lost her cell phone.

Expensive like everything else in Jerusalem. Close to all the tourist attractions.

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel and were very pleased by the experience. The staff was eager to help in every way they could. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast buffet was wonderful and filled with fresh foods of all kinds. Taxis were lined up outside which was very convenient for anywhere you wanted to go and could not walk. The rooms were not gigantic but beautifully appointed. Plenty of outlets to plug in your chargers for computers, phones, without having to unplug lamps. Each evening they knocked on the door to ask if you wanted any more towels and if you did not they slipped you some chocolate! Though it is walking distance to many places, be aware it is hilly and if you walk down you are going to have to walk back UP. Sounds obvious but it is important to note.

Room Tip: Try to get a high floor with some view of the old city.

We had stayed years ago at the Inbal and decided to revisit based on that previous good experience. From start to finish, we had a great experience. Lina and Farid at the front desk took care of our requests with a smile. Fresh fruit was waiting in our room which faced the courtyard. We were provided with robes and slippers. The next day, a rose was there with Shabbat Shalom on the card. At breakfast which we thoroughly enjoyed each day, Sami made sure that we had what we needed. Veronika remembered what we drank and brought it over without a need to request it. The fitness center was very clean. After starting on a bicycle, a water bottle was immediately placed in the cup holder for me. Overall, it was a great stay with attentive service and great food.

Room Tip: Courtyard facing rooms are quiet.

Our every wish was satisfied. The hotel was spotlessly maintained. Our room was maintain twice daily. The menus of food selection was generous. The appearance of the staff matched the excellent service they provided.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Inbal. First, the complaints - the air conditioning needs work, particularly the ability to control it in the room, which we understand the hotel is working on. It also took way too long to get hot water in the bathroom. Lastly, I would prefer feather pillows (but perhaps I should have asked). The service was very good generally although the bar staff in the lounge seemed overworked and everyone was friendly. Breakfast was great and there was an amazing selection. Shabbat dinner and lunch were good. The room was fine. We appreciated the fruit, wine and Mishloach Manot.

Every aspect of our visit was top notch. We stayed 5 nights. Staff we encountered in ALL areas were personable, professional and seemed genuinely interested in helping us. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a little small but that seems typical here. Food was good and fresh. Nice comfortable common areas to relax. Only slight issue arose on the night the hotel was hosting a large (and quite beautiful) wedding which forced our dinner into the Sophia which was a bit overwhelmed. They did try to adjust but had a hard time doing so. Proximity to old city is very good. 18 minute walk to Jaffa Gate that is not too strenuous IF you use the Mamilla Mall. Good restaurants and nice parks nearby. We did some walking after dark and felt very secure. All in all, a wonderful stay.
