“A Dream Come True!!!”

No words can begin to desribe the beautiful wedding celebration we had at the Leonardo Plaza. Planning a wedding is always a complicated task, but the professional team at the hotel, headed by the amazing Ilan Ben-Hakun, the hotel's General Manager, took care of every single detail, making our special day a truly memorable event. The beautiful ceremony was followed by a delicious five star dinner prepared by renowned chef Shalom Kadosh, and elegantly served at the hotel's "Cow on the Roof" restaurant. The room we stayed in prior to and following the event was a spacious and luxurious suite on the 12th floor, overlooking the breathtaking city of Jerusalem. My husband and I highly recommend the Leonardo Plaza, its fabulous amenities, professional and courteous service and wonderful atmosphere. Definitely a five+ star experience!!!

We were staing there for one night package deal call:"around the walls".
This includes :sagway trip for 2 hours ,Hb night in exeuctive room including business lounge
and vip in the room.
The sagway trip was great after we learned how to use in this things .
the room itself was in 10th floor with great view of the old city -the room is nice but the shwor room is small with a broken sink-sham to this hotel.
the food both dinner(bbq night) and breakfest was great .
the business lounge is in the ground floor -near the hotel loby. there is a lot noise from the halls
under the loby and it's realy ruin the mood.they need to move it to the highst floor they can.
All in all a great place to be at with great pool an gim and a brand new spa.
The price for this package deal was realy low as i'm a member of their club -shamaim.
But,usaly the price for this hotel is rather expensive -so it's hotel for special moments unless if you have a lot money.

Room Tip: The highst floor that give you enter to the busines lounge.

Location is great! The rooms are clean and comfortable but the toilets needs some refurbishments... the service overall was good until the hotel got busy... the breakfast is really worth it! the food at the meat restaurant at dinner was really good, try the meat buffet (if you are a meat lover).

We spent four nights at the Leonardo Plaza in Jerusalem and had a wonderful time. The staff are all amazing; nothing is too much trouble (and they all speak English). The star of the show is Elliot from New York with his great sense of humour and vast knowledge of Jerusalem. He is a treat! We definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on one of the floors that has been refurbished.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days with a group of 22 persons. The food and service were great. Great location.

***one big issue...phone calls. There is no place on the phone or in the room to tell you cost. I had stayed at the Leonardo in Tiberias and the cost was about $3.00 a call no matter the length. We assumed it was the same. It is 2.50 per minute. I went to front desk and talked with 4 different people and got four different prices...noone knew the correct price. Even toll free calls are charged. DO NOT USE THEIR PHONES.

FINALLY, Selah, by far the best, most informed and cooperative dest person worked it our...50% off...still not great, but he was very helpful....He should be the manager. Knows how to listen and work out problems. Again....DON'T USE PHONES!!!

The front desk people need a lesson in how to resolve problems!!!

Room Tip: don't use phones!!!
