I would never recommend it to anyone!
We came and called the owner (Benny), he told us “Someone will come and let you in”. SOMEONE came, let us in and required full cash payment immediately, I required a receipt, SOMEONE refused to give it. Next 30 minutes we were discussing this topic with SOMEONE, with Benny over the phone (he was very busy, couldn’t not meet us, but could tell me that “that is how it works”).
During these 30 minutes of discussion my friends realized that
1) Everything is untidy: linen (with hairs), walls, floor (looked like washed a month ago), kitchenette, bathroom. SOMEONE said they had “cleaning” after each guest, but I wouldn’t let this “cleaning personnel” even come close to my flat.
2) heating is not working in one of 2 bedrooms (+5 C in the night).
3) water heater is not working in another room (as soon as you try to turn it on – electricity is switched off in the whole flat).
For next 1 hour we were waiting for SOMEONE to come back for money vs finally agreed receipt and also bring somebody else to fix points listed above. Meanwhile the lady came ruffling what had to be “clean pillowcase” – no English word – calling to Benny or to SOMEONE…
At last SOMEONE came back with some adequate-looking lady, they brought the receipt, tuned the heating (not fixed that for normal work, just tuned it without the option to change anything further).
Also all of them told us that they were not in charge, they were working in the next door hairdressing saloon, and that WE SHOULD understand that. Unbelievable.
Next morning I met the cockroach in the center of dining table, hot water stopped working.
Nobody came to us till the last day - they were not pleased we didn’t leave at 10AM, you know…
For you reference – that were rooms 2 and 3 1st floor (connected).
P.S. And the location is really good. For that I give 2.
