I stayed a night in a dorm here. I would have stayed much longer because the place has a lot of advantages, but the dorm is so crammed full of beds that is resembles a refugee camp. I surprised it's even legal in Israel. No shelves, no surfaces, no hooks to hangs things off, we were 8 people in a tiny area we minimal move to move, get dressed and breathe. Not nice and very uncomfortable, unsanitory and impossible to settle.
On the plus side, the place has a great atmosphere and it's very easy to talk to people here and get advice from other people. In that respect it's the best place I've stayed in in Jerusalem (I've stayed in 3 ...), but the 3rd world and shameful dorm conditions make being comfortable there at night & in the morning quite impossible. I would much rather pay 10sheckels more and have a bed less. The mangers should really think about this and stop trading quantity of bed for quality of people's experience and comfort.
This is a place with wonderful potential.
