It was the best places we stayed in during our two-week trip around Israel. The hotel's ambience makes you relax and enjoy your time in Haifa. The rooms are very nicely designed and quiet, many with a nice view. We also loved the breakfast and late afternoon snacks, wine & coffee included in the price.

Beautiful place with excellent breakfast and happy hour. Convenient location for walking through neighborhoods or finding a taxi. Don't be turned off by the stairs from the street into the lobby; there's an easy entrance around the side which will take you in through the -1 level. Not grand like the lobby entrance, but if you're not into stairs, take the cheat route.

Everything was just perfect, the Hotel receives five stars! Nothing to complain about it! The hotel dessins is very stunning and the staff very friendly. We also were surprised about the free late afternoon snack, including wine/ coffee/ juice etc. The breakfast was also very good and the staff really make shure you feeling good. From the hotel everything is in walking distance to reach. We would also recommend a daytrip to Acco. We highly recommend that great place!

Loved it. Decor of hotel was wonderful, staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast, oh the breakfast. Best we had in Israel, hands down. There's also a nice (free) cocktail/munchie hour most evenings. Location is good, too. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Haifa.

My wife and I with two other couples stayed at Bay Club in last weekend (Dec 26-28, 2013). It is an excellent boutique hotel located at 15 minutes walk from "Vadi Nisnas" - the Arab market in Haifa, one of the most authentic locations in the city and also near the Haifa harbor. The hotel is brand new, opened 6 months ago. The interior architecture is unique, the room was great at the right size. We got a room facing the Carmel mountain. The pair number rooms have a view to the harbor as well. The staff is very helpful and pleasant . Now... the breakfast, one of the best in Israel from my experience and everything made and prepared at the hotel's kitchen (including jams). You can order any type of coffee (including cappuccino) that you wish. Also, the omelet is a personal dish that is ordered at the table. No extra charge. In the late afternoon-evening time, we experienced what they call "happy hour" in which light dinner is served (self-service) that includes wine, soup, pasta, cheese.... to conclude, if you want to have a quite, nice weekend in Haifa, then stay at the Bay Club. Very recommended and we will come back.

Room Tip: We got a room facing the Carmel mountain, room 309 at the corner. The pair number rooms have a view...

We're a couple who lives in Tel Aviv and Haifa usually we just go through the tunnel when crossing it, and because so many things have changed in this town we decided to spend two nights. The article in the newspapers helps us choose this wonderful boutique hotel. We enjoyed every minute there, from a very professional staff, great breakfast and a big surprise for us was the happy hours from 5 to 8 pm with a variety of refreshments and free wine, all this includes in the price for night . After two days in this hotel we decided to try other hotels of the same chain, all Boutique Hotels, they belong to Atlas Hotel, and our next station will be in Jerusalem.

Room Tip: Ground floor rooms are bigger, with a gallery bedroom

Very comfortable, elegant, beautifully appointed hotel. We had a splendid room with a big balcony and good views over the city. Excellent breakfast attractively served in a an area with a garden. You could eat out there if the weather permits. Good service. Location is central
