“They are satisfied with Harrods boutique hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 7, 2012

We stayed a couple + baby boutique at Harrods On Thursday through Sunday dates 2-5/8/12 The hotel fulfilled our complete satisfaction.
Terms of service, courtesy hotel staff, courtesy staff, amazing food and delicious Slikkno the fingers, the quiet, the atmosphere, what is left to say wow ...
We are now on the guests in this hotel. We loved the peace and quiet that prevails at the hotel. Two-year home kingdom enjoys children in the hotel.
We enjoyed the pool and felt personal at very alone during such a period of stress in Eilat. We were happy to stay at Harrods boutique in every way ...
And there is nothing to add ...

I am pleased to write the recommendation on the hotel because it's the third time this year we hosted it and the high level of hotel stay. The rooms are clean and Designed a high level, the wonderful swimming pool, private beach the hotel has to offer, gourmet meals and most importantly the staff always happy to help and provide service above expectations. We feel Harrods boutique hotel in Eilat as a family and get back to this hotel in any way we can

Room Tip: I think it is better to pay a few extra dollars to stay in suite My recommendation is to request th...

We originally booked into Herod’s Palace (see one of my previous reviews) but we got a very bad room there and moved here after a swift and very professional response from the manager. Herod’s Boutique seems to be much better than Herod's Palace. The room was spotless, all new furniture, nice views and best of all because this is a smaller hotel than the Palace it was quiet. The manager apologized for our bad experience in Herod's Palace and sent us a complimentary bottle of wine. Kudos to the manager for getting everything sorted out. We went down to dinner and were confronted with another problem. One of my kids has an allergy to Soya. Due to a previous bad experience in this region we asked the chef which oil they use in their cooking, it turned out to be soya oil. With all the alternatives out there (corn, sunflower, olive…) I asked why they used soya oil, “it’s cheap” was the reply I got. This is not something a customer wants to hear. The dining room manager came to our rescue, he apologized and had special food prepared on the spot. From that day he made sure that we got the same food as everyone else, just without the soya oil. This guy called Elior ( I asked his permission to use his name) is the most dedicated employee I have ever met, a truly wonderful person and I hope that the management realize what a great person they have working for them.
Unfortunately this was not the last issue we had. I was woken up at 5 am by a noise that sounded like the screeching of metal, I looked outisde and saw that this was the gate to the loading bay in Herod's Palace. This woke me up every day. Surely someone could find some grease somewhere and silence that thing ? Friday we decided to have lunch in the room, we ordered a pizza, a toasted cheese sandwich and 2 coffees. Almost one hour later the trolley arrived with a cold pizza, cold toasted cheese and coffee that had a piece of paper floating on the top, it was cold too. We called room service to complain and we were told that there is nothing they can do as they were overloaded (don’t they mean understaffed ?), we cancelled the order. Later on someone called to apologize. There were other little issues like when we ordered 2 smoothies at the pool side bar and the girl couldn’t find cups so she started cursing and swearing on the phone to someone. The whole experience was sadly disappointing. This place really has great potential but they should concentrate on getting things right instead of having to fix things and apologize all the time. If it wasn't for the Hotel manager and the dining room manager I would be rating this place as average. I hope that they get things fixed soon so that we can try again.

The welcome from the reception staff and manager was excellent and went out of their way to make sure the vacation started in a great and relaxed manner. The room was clean and big. When we required something from the housekeeping staff it was immediately brought in an efficient and warm manner. The pool area was amazing and not too crowded and although we were in the boutique part of the hotel, the vast range of the Herods facilities were open to us. The one thing that our son complained about was that the children's bed was not so comfortable. We had a great vacation; total value for money and would certainly use this hotel again and recommend it to friends

spent three days in the "boutique" part of the hotel together with my two kids. this is, in my view, the ideal combination - a large hotel with a variety of attractions and alternatives, albeit, with a room located in the "boutique", which is a secluded part of this huge complex - this way we could enjoy everything the hotel had to offer, without compromising our privacy and intimacy when we needed it.
additionally, haim, who is running herods boutique, and ahuva, who is in charge of the reception, went out of their ways to accommodate each request we had and were very responsive, creative and eager to please!
the late afternoon/ early evening hours on the private beach are magic and remind us the good all days in sinai - not to miss!

Me and my family (three children), use to visit this hotel very often, and every time we are there we understand why we enjoy there so much. The rooms are very nice and big than in any other hotel we visited in Eilat. The food is amazing!!!!! The swimming pool is clean and quit, not so crowdy even in the high season. The employers, from the cleaners until the managers are nice and serve you the best!!! I really don't have any bad things to say, and this is rare. I believe that anyone who will choose to spend his holiday in this hotel, will enjoy.
