“Best family expiriance and vacation you can expect”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 4, 2013

Holidays esp. Passover is always very busy...
The only hotel we know that you hardly feel the crowd is the Royal Garden. We tried several others but always come back - since 12 years!
We are a family of 5, sometimes a grandparent comes along too so we take the Family suite for 6 which is great. if you have younger kids try ask for the ground suit on the lawn - so the kids will have access to the pool and kids play room without using the elevator - or you....

The Royal Garden hotel is a wonderful place for families.
The hotel was excellent!
The suits are nicely decorate and spacious.
The room was clean and well equipped.
The service was kind and prompt, fast and answered our needs, especially when we asked for maintenance service, it was fast and professional.
The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety.
The Food was fresh, testy, adjective and an awful lot!

We've been a week before Pesah in the Hotel. There was no any entertainment for children, except very boring children room. For adults nothing free of charge, even must pay for unique WOW show and for SPA. Even WiFi is 75 NIS per day! I've expected more free of charge things for the money that we've paid.
The best things that I like were breakfast, service and beautiful place.

A nice and very well kept hotel. All rooms as well as public areas spotless and in great shape. The rooms are convenient for families. It is recommended to book a no smoking room. The kitchenette is small but functional. It would be nice to have 1 or 2 more chairs in rooms designated to big families.
Service was adequate but by no means generous or friendly.
Even though it was end of February during day time it was hot, air-condition system was on fan and it took 3 days of arguing with the staff to change it to cooling. This should not be happening in 30+ degrees.
Only a small amount of the pool was opened, and the water was too cold.
We were glad we took "room only" when we saw so many people waiting in line in front of the restaurant during breakfast .
This hotel can be sometimes overpriced. I think it was easier for us overlooking some problems because we got a very good deal.

Room Tip: better to ask for a "no smoking" room in advance

Service is very good at this hotel, and we found it to be very clean as well. We were disappointed that the pool was mostly closed off, and that the parts that were open were quite frigid. Our suite was large and well appointed, but the furnishings have seen better days and the room had a tired look. As a matter of fact, the whole hotel feels tired and in need of a renovation, except for the breakfast room. Breakfast was good but not exceptional compared to other hotels. Overall a very decent stay, not sure we'd return here.
