“ close view of coral and fish”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 4, 2013

While there are plenty of attractions to see the beautiful coral and fish, none come close to snorkeling next to them. December is usually to cold for this activity, but this year the weather allowed it. Equipment is available to rent at the beach, I would still recommend bring your own. The beach is clean and organized.

“Beautiful reef! The staff is very rude, arrogantand not trust worthy”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed November 26, 2013

The coral reef is one of the most varied worldwide. However, the atmosphere imposed by a terribly staffed site, weighs down on the experience. It starts with the people in the counter but the wardens look and behave like sherrifs and the interaction with them is nevr beneficial.

“excellent!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 20, 2013

Went here as a first-time snorkler and I'd like to say, I could have spent hours more. The set up is really good if you're a beginner, as they have a "lane" set up between ropes and these floating things so you never get lost and there a floaters to rest on if you tire out. The water is clear and there are loads and loads of fish to look at. There is only a small shop across the road so consider stocking up if you want to stay long. Lockers are available, as is snorkling gear (rental). Be aware that you have to pay a deposit of 100 shekels if renting and bring cash.

“a must visit”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 7, 2013

we know coral beach for many years now & always visit when we go to Eilat.
the fee entrance - around 35 nis/person. students get a small discount.
it's a very tidy, neat beach, with showers & WC, lifeguard, tables, deck chairs. you can rent or purchase snorkeling & swimming aquipment.
there is a gift shop.

there is no coffee shop but just across the street there is a small supermarket, where you can buy snacks & drinks.

since it's a nature reserve, the corals are at better shape there, so it's absolutelly recommended!!
