“*5 for the price of a hostel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 29, 2013

Spacious bedroom, large wardrobe, modern living room with flat screen TV, clean renovated bathroom, well furnished patio. Large space with kitchen facility, sink and micro. Helps any guest
feel comfortable, sitting in the patio and having a small meal in your 'Home from Home'. Quite area and friendly staff. WiFi that never faltered. What more can one ask for a modest price.

Room Tip: All the rooms of the same good quality

We were staying overnight, because of our tour of Petra in Jordan. Our first challenge was finding the place. The directions given to us appeared to have been Google translated from Russian and were ineffective at best. After we finally found the place we had to get our key from the lock box, as the office is closed after 9 pm. We were greeted by a clowder of cats, a few of which were not friendly. The place smelled of them which was revolting. The suite was basic. The only modern device was the television which was never used. The beds were cheap and uncomfortable. To the end of our days we will laugh at the name of this place. Those who gave this place 4 or 5 stars are either shilling for the owner or had very low expectations. We found the place repugnant. When we left, the office wasn't open, so we returned the key to the lock box. I will give the place 2 stars because we were able to park our rental car in front of the place while were away on our tour.

Room Tip: Stay if you must, avoid if you can.

If you're looking for good value, this is it. It is a good compromise between a resort hotel and a hostel. While it is an apartment-style hotel, there is staff onsite. Luvay (I am not sure if that is correct) welcomed us with glasses of cold water and gave us a good orientation when we arrived.

It is located not on a main street but in a residential street but it is not isolated. Many taxis pass by looking for passengers. It is a well-maintained, quiet neighbourhood withy some stray cats. There are two groceries nearby, a 24-hour but more expensive one to the left and a bigger one to the right. The beach and Mall are about 10-15 minute walk.

The room we booked turned out to be small for two people - there was little space for our luggages so we should have taken advantage of the upgrade offer from Booking.com. But no big issue since it was clean and nicely-decorated. The kitchenette was well-equipped. The aircon, WIFI and hot shower worked. But I wish there was a night lite close to the floor going to the washroom. Another nice gesture would be to provide adaptors for the Israeli sockets.

Room Tip: Don't get a junior suite if you have suitcases. Some may want a room with a terrace but if you...

Good positioned and with all the facilities needed for a short period of staying.
A supermarket is very close and beach/mall are reachable by walk.
The only problem we had was Internet connection that was KO from lunch to morning after.

We were going on a two day tour of Jordan and needed a place to stay in Eilat the night before the and the night after so we just booked a cheap hotel. This fit our needs given that criteria. As other reviewers have noted, it's not just an apartment style hotel, but it runs more like an apartment, something I wasn't clear on when making the reservation. This means that no one was there and we had to make an appointment to meet with the manager in order to get to the room. She was very nice, gave us some advice about places to eat, and allowed us to leave our rental car and luggage at the hotel for a few days while we were gone which made our trip much easier! The room itself was a nice sized studio with a kitchenette.
If I were returning to Eilat and just needed a comfortable place to sleep, I'd consider this again. If I was looking for a more fun experience (ie. pool, hotel restaurant, etc.) then I'd select a different property.

This is an apartment complex and operates differently than a hotel, but there is no mentioning of it neither on Expedia, nor in their numerous e-mails to me which, however, did not fail to list tours i could book through them. There is no reception desk, accommodation is done by appointment (absurd when they deal with travelers) and you better keep the appointment, otherwise, you will find the place locked as it happend to me when i arrived 45 min. earlier. The staff gave me the keys, told me all i needed to know in 3 min. with record speech speed, and left. There is nothing rich or luxury about the place, it is located on a quiet street outside of main happening area; it takes at least 10 min. to walk to the beach and longer if you do not want to short cut thru construction site. My room was modern and clean, but rather modest. The absence of a person ready to answer questions and provide all necessary help was a huge inconvenience for me. I definitely would not recommend this place to anybody who relies on a normal hotel's conditions.
