“Good Value”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 23, 2013

We were going on a two day tour of Jordan and needed a place to stay in Eilat the night before the and the night after so we just booked a cheap hotel. This fit our needs given that criteria. As other reviewers have noted, it's not just an apartment style hotel, but it runs more like an apartment, something I wasn't clear on when making the reservation. This means that no one was there and we had to make an appointment to meet with the manager in order to get to the room. She was very nice, gave us some advice about places to eat, and allowed us to leave our rental car and luggage at the hotel for a few days while we were gone which made our trip much easier! The room itself was a nice sized studio with a kitchenette.
If I were returning to Eilat and just needed a comfortable place to sleep, I'd consider this again. If I was looking for a more fun experience (ie. pool, hotel restaurant, etc.) then I'd select a different property.

This is an apartment complex and operates differently than a hotel, but there is no mentioning of it neither on Expedia, nor in their numerous e-mails to me which, however, did not fail to list tours i could book through them. There is no reception desk, accommodation is done by appointment (absurd when they deal with travelers) and you better keep the appointment, otherwise, you will find the place locked as it happend to me when i arrived 45 min. earlier. The staff gave me the keys, told me all i needed to know in 3 min. with record speech speed, and left. There is nothing rich or luxury about the place, it is located on a quiet street outside of main happening area; it takes at least 10 min. to walk to the beach and longer if you do not want to short cut thru construction site. My room was modern and clean, but rather modest. The absence of a person ready to answer questions and provide all necessary help was a huge inconvenience for me. I definitely would not recommend this place to anybody who relies on a normal hotel's conditions.

It was fairly priced (especially considering that we got a free upgrade!)- It was very clean and comfortable. Very homey. Free wifi -- they have 5 different routers to make sure that all of their guests who want/need wifi can get it. They also have free satellite TV. Our junior suite had 2 ac units, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The location is also super convenient. It's like a 2 minute walk to a super, a 6 minute walk to the boardwalk, and maybee a 10 minute walk to a beautiful place to lay on the beach. The people who work there are wonderful and they also partner with some restaurants and spas located near the hotel and in the center of everything so that guests of the hotel can get discounts. This hotel also provided a lot of privacy. It was quiet and much much more like staying in an apartment than in a hotel (minus a lack of stove/oven -- they just have a micro). I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

It's a really nice (though cheap) place, The administration are very kind people, very attentive to guests and very careful. They do really love their business! You won't be disappointed with this place. It's clean, comfortable, close to the sea and to all the shops which a tourist may need.

We just returned from a two-night stay at the Rich Luxury Suites in Eilat, Israel. We had a great time and definitely would recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Eilat -- whether you are a family, couple, group of friends, or anything else. We were allowed to check in early, which is always a delight. RIch Suites upgraded our room to a one bedroom suite. We could not have been happier. Very clean. Everything looked brand new. Great water pressure with constant hot water in the shower (which can be hit-or-miss in Israel!). Great balcony that ws described to us as "smalll", but comfortably fit a table and two chairs. View of the Red Sea. We had a car with us and there was lots of easy free parking. A short walk to the center of town and beach. (Eilat can be a bit loud and crazy at night, so we felt it was a blessing to be a bit removed!) The only negative was the soap in the showers (watered down handsoap). The RIch Luxury Suites really did feel "luxury" despite the bargain price. Definitely recommended.

Room Tip: First floor rooms have privacy guards on the balconies, which slightly obstruct your view of the Red...

The same day that we would check in I got an text message about our arrival to the hotel so they could prepare for our arrival. When we arrived we got an excellent receiving by the staff and they delivered incredibly good service during the whole stay.

We stayed in the simplest apartment and was amazed over the standard we got for the price. Nice, clean and modern rooms. Fresh and modern bathroom. Flat screen TV, microwave owen, remote controlled AC, fridge, a set of cups, cutlery, water boiler. Basically everything you need

Very well located in a slope with a very nice view on the mountains. Near to the beach, mall, 24/7 mini market and 6-7 minutes cab ride from dolphins, diving, snorkeling and beautiful coral reef.

We are very happy with our stay at Rich Luxury Suit and we will definitely stay here next time we go to Eilat
