“good for a short stay in Istanbul”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 days ago NEW

We spent 2 nights at this hotel and booked 2 small rooms per night for our family of 4. The stylish rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good. The hotel was unable to provide a crib for our baby, so she slept on a bed. The location is great and is only a short walk to the Bazaar, Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, and the underground cisterns. Nice view from the roof terrace. The front desk was able to recommend a good restaurant and arrange transportation to/from the airport. The walls seemed somewhat thin. There was some miscommunication between the front desk and the person setting up the breakfast, since the front desk assured us we could have an early breakfast on the day of our departure, but the person working there was just getting started when we showed up at the breakfast area.

My dad and I stayed here for 3 nights during our time in Istanbul in December 2014. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful whenever we needed something (map, food recommendations, taxi to airport). The room was clean and very suitable for two. The hotel is about a five minute walk from the Grand Bazaar and about a 20 minute walk from the Blue Mosque/Hagia Sophia. The city is definitely walkable, although there is a public transportation stop very close to the hotel. The breakfast is delicious and the terrace on the top floor makes this hotel even better. We sat up there both at night and in the morning for breakfast -- the view is great during the day! The general manager and staff members always said hello to us at breakfast and any time we passed through the lobby -- their customer service was impeccable. Great place to stay in Istanbul!

We arrived 7 am in the morning and could not only check in straight away, but were offered tea first and breakfast as well (although we had not paid for it). The room was small, but nice, very nice deco and comfy bed.
All of the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful and the hotel is just minutes from the grand bazaar and a few more minutes from Sultanahmed.
This is very good value for the price and I definitely recommend it. Will book it again when I visit Istanbul again.

(this is a note i sent to the owner/director)

i stayed at the hotel niles this week and absolutely loved it. it's an exceptionally beautiful place with tremendous attention to all the details that make a hotel really special. clearly your family has devoted a lot of thought and creativity to your guests and their comfort.

the staff were incredibly friendly, respectful, and helpful, especially the guys in the cafe.

i also appreciated the warm welcome at reception when i arrived. it was lovely and provided exactly the information i wanted to know.

this was my first visit to istanbul, and i'm so glad i chose your hotel. it was a great pleasure to stay there. please give my sincere thanks to everyone for doing such an excellent job and making my stay so special.

Room Tip: room 401 was very quiet with a nice view of a little side street

Can not think of one fault with this hotel!
From arrival to departure ((including airport transfers) the staff were fantastic! They even had our breakfast table decorated and supplied the tastiest cake for my husband's birthday during our stay! The rooftop restaurant & terrace gives lovely views and mealtime staff enjoyed a friendly blether.
Great location, FABULOUS service and comfortable, clean beds. What more could you want!
I'll DEFINITELY use this hotel next time I'm in Istanbul!

Room Tip: No noise from front of hotel.

Had a great time at Hotel Niles. The property was located in a very good location within walking distance to tons of sites. Also, the actually hotel was superb. With modern amenities, great showers, comfy beds, and a really cool terrace. I would definitely recommend others to stay here.

Stayed in the Hotel Niles in Intanbul for 3 nights from 14th November. Moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed and it remained so for the whole trip. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant at all times and we greatly appreciated their advice. Would highly recommend this hotel for location, staff and rooms.
