Owner description: Minaturk is just what it sounds like: a mini version of treasures found in Turkey. The park contains 105 models done in 1/25th scale, about half of them from Istanbul and the rest from Anatolia and the Ottoman territories outside of Turkey.

“Small Turkey in Istanbul”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 24, 2013

You can find every small piece from Turkey's precious place. Miniaturk besides the Golden Horn and opposite of Eyüp Sultan Mosque.

There is a talking tree for children. Don't missed them.

“turk miniatures are fun”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 16, 2013

take the bus from Galata bridge and make sure you tell the driver where you are going. also when purchasing tickets from the kiosque don't forget to buy a return ticket for they don't sell them on the bus or near the miniaturk. i had to walk 3 bus stops until a real polite turkish lady helped me. thank you Aynur, you are a treasure ! the Miniaturk is worth visiting, helps a lot placing right things on right spots. very educative and instructional, with an audio in the language you know

“Explore All of Turkey in Hours!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 14, 2013

Our family has been attempting to visit all the places in Turkey for the past four years and still there's too much to see. And then we visited Miniaturk, the more we wanted to explore the country.

Although a little out of the way and might be tricky to find by tourists, Miniaturk is the best place to start for a quick Turkey tourist information course.

We have spent more than three hours as the kids enjoyed the day running around "Turkey" and enjoying the trains.

Awesome place for kids in Turkey really. There is also a huge play area (free!) and a plane flying course (for a fee) to enjoy after listening to all trivia about the magnificent places in Turkey.

At 5TL entrance fee - this is a must visit!

Miniaturk is a great place where you can see all the famous landmarks of Turkey within one place and in only a few hours. It gives you a feeling of having been everywhere in Turkey! The entrance fee is only 5 TL per person and it's open every day.

if you don't have enough time to see all country it's a good option to see models of historical places all around the country with some info.
