“wonderful city, good stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 31, 2013

the hotel was just on a small road in taksim. walking distance to tasksim square but away from the crowd. perfect place to relax.small hotel, few staff. but mostly helpful. we booked 2 rooms: one thru booking.com and one thru agoda as there was no more rooms left. breakfast buffet was good. good spread but need some more options after 3 days. enjoyed the hammam and the jacuzzi. it is a quaint hotel with smiling staff. of course not all of them speak english but that's turkey for you. staff was very helpful. always smiling.

what i did not really like was that the cleaning lady on our floor entered our room without knocking. she used her own masterkey. she came 3 times in a row. the first time i was in the bathroom, my sister told her to come later. she came after 5 mins. i told her to come later. she kept pushing the door to come inside and i had to hold the door to prevent her from entering. the 3rd time, i was away from the door and she entered when i was getting dressed. asked her what she wanted. she cld nt communicate in english, was not bothered by my semi-dressed state and asked us for tips (the only english word she knew). on top of that her cleaning was not so great. this was the only thing i was really unhappy abt. i did mention that to the reception and i hope they will hv a chat with her. i have never seen that happening in any hotel and i am frequent traveller.
Other than that, it was great. we cld cook our baby's food in the kitchenette. small shops nearby to buy fresh veggies and fruits.

My first experience when I reached the Hotel area a got a nice feeling to be surounded with local houses and people. The Hotel is newly open and well maintained. We reached late evening and once we enter there the receptionist Cemel was very helpful and attentive to the details and knowledgeable about the area. Mr. Safi Orhan the General Manager which you can see him everywhere around the Hotel making sure that he are having a great time.
The hotel is well presented and decorated. We had a nice room with all necessary equipment not much bigger but good size, with a king size bed and delightfully decorated in modern style. The bed was very comfortable.
The room included a refrigerator, air-conditioned, heater and safe box. Flat TV with plenty of TV channels stations but only a few English speaking and certainly no English speaking movie channels. But with so much to do and see in Istanbul we did not find this a problem.
Breakfast was quite good. There was variety of choices.
Staff were fantastic and couldn't help us enough. Especially Cemel and Alper.

Good value hotel which we would recommend.

Stayed at End Suites for 3 nights in September 2013. Very helpful staff, great advice on getting around from GM. Rooms were clean and well serviced each day, good breakfast each day.
We did struggle to find the hotel but the staff came to our rescue when we ended up at a similarly named place beside Taksim Square (problem with the taxi!). Plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity and a 5 minute walk to transport at Taksim Square. No hesitation recommending End Suites.

The hotel was very clean, fantastic location.. All three receptionists are extremely helpfull.. My only sugestivno is that You request a room on the upper floors, as they are a lot quieter that the rooms you night get on the ground floor, next to the restaurant, or IN THE BASEMENT! :-/ The cleaning Lady on the second floor is a lot worse than the one downstairs.

The hotel apparently is run by a family, the General Manager ( Who seems to be the owner as well) takes the business very seriously, he is a very humble person who is always available to help you. The staff is trained to be very friendly and display good behavior all the time, location of the place is superb as it is only 5-8 minutes’ walk to Taksim Square. oveal good value for the money.

The lady staff serving breakfast in the morning behaves bit rudely and doesn’t seems to be happy at all. There aren’t any movie channels on TV so adding couple of good movie channels will be nice. Also sending Map along with the booking confirmation email would be nice.

After long searching the hotels for Istanbul for 4 day trip (& attending on Pink Floyd Concert ) for 14 people, last choice i made on end suites hotel. I contacted hotel administration by e-mail and made agreement on every detail. Starting from affordable rooms and prices , finishing with organising our transfer from Gokchen airport to hotel.

Let's Disguss every part.

1. The Location - Location is probably the best one , cause it's very quite place, there's little road for cars so there's no car motion in that area. Near hotel there are 3 different markets where u can buy everything for minimum price. You are in the center of istanbul new city. You need 5 min walk to get to Taksim Square and from taksim square you have long shopping road. So my recommendations and 5 star for the location.

2. The Hotel & Rooms - The hotel is small, cute and very comfortable. Creative and nice interior. As we were 14 people ,we had all kind of rooms so, all kind of rooms are very comfortable, clean, and well designed. Two bed room is very comfortable. Single King Bed room is great for couple and Duplex room is great for 3 person. You have even kitchen there.
I've been in many hotels in europe. and it's one of the best hotel in this price.
You have very nice garden where you can have breakfast. The Breakfast is tastefull and various. There is big balcony on the last floor and its great to have fun with friends especially at night. The Staff is friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel Manager Orhan, i want to thank him one more time. He helped us very much and gave us great recommendations for many places & sightseeing in city. Other guys and managers are very helpfull and friendly. They can organise everything in seconds.

So sum up everything, Its a great hotel, with great prices, great rooms, great staff and great location. The next stay in Istanbul will be this hotel by all means. Don't even want to search any other options.

My 5 Star Recommendations to everyone !

Room Tip: Single King Bed Room are great ! Duplex Rooms for big space is great !
