Stayed for five nights in first week of October. Good points first. Well connected through levant metro station. Moving around in metro saves time and money especially in peak hours. Hotel is next to istanbul sapphire which has a deck on top to have a lovely view of the city. A couple of malls are near by to spend some time. Rooms are good and big. 16th to 19th floor are good, a little pricey but gives you free drinking water and an access to lounge where you can have drinks and snacks.
Bad points.Hotel staff wants to help but not all of them. My booking was for a king room but was given queen. They should honour the booking or compensate but nothing of that sort happened.
Breakfast buffet is good but the cutlery was not properly clean and looked unhygienic at times. Take care to choose them. Take seat preferably in the front so that you are attended nicely. They put their best staff for the front seats!
Overall a good hotel in a historic city.
