We used TripAdvisor to check out this hotel which we originally found on Expedia. We emailed the Hotel direct and by return, we were offered what we felt was a very competitive rate of 63 Euros per night for a 3 night stay for two people in a double room with breakfast, to be paid in cash.The Manager also offered us transport from the airport to the hotel for an extra 20 Euros, which we accepted gladly- this would have been free if we had been able to stay 4 nights.Everything worked perfectly and we feel these prices were a real bargain. The hotel is in an ideal location for sight seeing, is new, small but exceptionally well furnished with a degree of style, and is also spotless. The staff were very helpful and friendly at all times and the breakfast on the roof terrace was lovely.We would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone wanting a base in the Sultanhamet district. NB It is only about 3 mins walk to the Hippodrome from the Erguvan ( though it is up hill) so the hotel is a good base and close enough to return to in the day if you need a rest, but the pavements in the area are generally terrible, so watch out !
