The hotel is good, well renovated and located in the very good location. But the staff has big communication problem.
The transfer service organized by the hotel is terrible. We sent a flight details to the hotel and I called the day before to the hotel to meet us with the children at the airport. For unknown reasons the hotel either missed or ignored our messages. At the beginning it was promised that one way to or from the airport would be free, later the hotel reservation refused that option and did not sent the taxi at all, although we agreed by phone to pay 25 euro. So we had to go around several transfer services in the airport to find a big car ourselves with two children, and this was more expensive. The reservation manager apologized for mistake and inconvenience and promised to send fruits to the room as a compliment. At that meeting he also promised to organize the transfer back to the airport, but he did not mention about the free payment.
So the transfer was organized and the taxi driver asked to pay 20 euro, we were surprised how modest and honest was the driver. BUT WE WERE MISTAKEN! Later in the airport I checked my e-mails and found a little message from the manager that the transfer to airport would be free. Nobody in the reception during the check out told us about it, and the taxi driver took advantage to charge us for free transfer 20 euro, which was 5 euro less than conventional price.
We told several times that the air conditioning in one of our rooms does not work, but it was not fixed until our check out.
The breakfast is mediocre and there is no normal coffee, only Nescafé. Forget about ham and sausages, only cheese, honey and water melon.
