We were booked here as part of a tour.

It a huge hotel for conventions and tour groups -- meaning long lines and unanswered phone calls. Both check in and departure were about 10-15 waits.

Breakfast was a buffet and wasn't horrible, but not great. It was almost impossible to get a waiter to bring you tea or coffee.

Rooms: Were fine and clean. Bed was comfortable. Bath was small but clean. Internet was not free in hotel and was approx $30us a day - but it would kick you off if you weren't continuously using it.

The good thing about this hotel was they gave you free bottled water. Another bad is that the elevators were slow.

Great first impression of the hotel! Beautiful interiors, friendly staff, great amenities, large room, comfortable beds and very very clean! Great location in Istanbul if you are a tourist!

Though the hotel is old, it was a great memorable stay at the hotel Conrad, The place is impeccable clean. The location of the hotel is just great, little away from the bustle but well placed and the staff are so courteous , that we are seriously planning to make one more trip in near future. The tours organised by Mercan tours ( arranged by Emirates) were par excellent! Everything is so nostalgic about the trip!

“Fabulous views of the Bosphorus”

Stayed here for two nights before we flew home. Hotel seemed very full and we were "upgraded" to the business floor. The rooms are very good with stunning views, the food is good with plenty of choice.

This is my second time staying at the Conrad Istanbul. This is my first choice for a hotel in Istanbul. The view from the rooftop lounge is great.
