“A must see!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 23, 2013

This is a temple that amazed me from every aspect. The history, the architecture (built in 572!!!). the location everything about it is spectacular. The original mozaics are stunning. Yes there is a Eur 10 entrance fee but worth every cent. Go see it if in Istanbul!

“Stunning”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 23, 2013

After all of the times Istanbul has been conquered and religion changes, the church is still well preserved. Get there early as the lines can be long. If you are not on a tour than get the audio guide in your language. It is very interesting and there is so much history to learn about the church and it's previous and current condition!

“Overrated”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 23, 2013

Around 8-9 Euro for a 'museum'. Not much to see, done and dusted in 45 mins.
Pics from the outside are more worthwhile....and free!
