We stayed one night at the Georges and in our very brief stay a bit mixed (esp. after staying at TomTom the week before). We loved the location in Galata near the tower (super cute area), and the room was big, clean and well-designed but a few things were off - lots of loud noises in the middle of the night, the internet and the tv were both down, the bathroom was strange (all glass with blinds for privacy), and the staff pounced on us upon arrival telling us all about the hotel's amenities (exhausted from our travels we'd have been happier just to go to bed). The rooftop restaurant is absolutely gorgeous - one of the best open rooftop views I've ever seen of a city. Sadly had to miss breakfast because of a very early flight, and the staff were very accommodating in general. Beautiful big terrace outside the room, too.
