Great place to stay in Instambul,
great staff and near all the most interesting places in Instambul!
An example: the day we left we had the bus early in the morning (at 7.00), Siman and Bulent prepared for me and my friend (only for us) the breakfast at 6.00… so gentle!:)
I suggest this hotel to everyone

Room Tip: ask for a big room

breakfast buffet is poor and no many (only cheap cheese choice), and quantity poor. First come, first serve after not even bread or boil eggs after one hour. However our room was big enough and bathroom fair. But some smell of sewerage was coming out from the pipes.

Room Tip: rooms on top floor are difficult to access because no lift

i'm happy that we picked this place

the staff every member we met was very helpful and very nice.
they organised us the shuttle service (takes 1:20 to Sabiha Gökcen) and as the transfer was 3 minutes late the man at the reception immediately called them to check if they are about to pick us up.

the location is good once you find it, grocery stores and diners are near, you can get in 10 mins max to the seashore or 10-15 mins uphill (and i mean UPHILL) to the tram.

the hotel looks nice our room (the second one) was comfortable.. we had to change rooms as my husband was taller than 50% of the ceiling of the first room we got :)
the bed was very comfortable, the room well-equipped and nicely (not over-)decorated.

there were minor issues with the room, missing screws in the bathroom or a broken mirror but we did not mind.

the breakfast is average but you can watch the cats on the backyard while you eat.

there is a spa facility as well but as it was not mentioned at check-in and looked a bit unused we did not use it after all.

No elevator.

I've just come from Istanbul where I had a wonderful vacation with my family. We arrived at night and ordered transfer from Hotel. I do recommend to use theirs transfer because not all Taxi drivers know where Hotel located exactly (SultanAhmed is very old place with narrow streets, very difficult to find at first time). Staff is very helpful and polite. I want to mention Mr Erdal. He did his best to make our stay more pleasant.
Breakfast was also good.
Rooms were clean and not so small as we thought before (we read other reviews before go). Once we asked to change our room (we wanted to change out view from window). They did it without no doubts.
We didnt use SPA and gym, but we had a look and it seemed very nice and tidy.
All famous sightseeings were close 10-15 min walk. Supermarkets and little bazar were also near.
I do recommend this Hotel to all who want to stay in quiet place for reasonable price

I came to Istanbul with my family for vacation, we really enjoyed our time here, I had a very positive impression, the staff is very nice, polite and helpful. The location is nice also, close to the most of the attractions in Sultanhamet. The breakfast was very good, too many varieties, but had the same options everyday, the hotel it self very clean and neat, room service also was convenient, the hotel it self designed as old house. I got very nice price for 2 rooms, I had extra bed in one of the rooms, the only negative probably is it's somehow difficult to find in the 1st time, but it's the general problem in Sultanhamet. All in All, I liked my stay and I really recommend it if you're looking for something reasonably cheap for 3.5 starts with excellent service

In general I got a very positive impression about the hotel. The staff is very polite and helpfull, which is not the case in some hotels in Istanbul. They are ready to help with all the requests. The breakfast was ok. I liked the design in the rooms and common areas. Its cosy and something especial. We stayed: in Superior Double room and Superior Twin room. Superior Double was better and bigger than Superior Twin. Our room was very clean.
The location is also ok, 10 min walk to Blue Mosque. The only problem is the there are too many tiny confusing streets and its not easy to find the way from the first time, but this is the problem with Sultanahmet area in general.
You will not get disturbed by noise from the street or mosque because the hotel is located in a quiet street away from mosques. The only negative thing is sound isolation between rooms.
if you are not too picky about things you will like to stay in this hotel.

great place for istanbul trip , good service and clean !
This charming and elegant hotel is an ideal destination for those who wish to live old Istanbul in a modern and luxurious environment. During your stay in Istanbul, Kupeli Palace Hotel offers you accommodation with warm hospitality and welcomes you to one of the nice located hotel of Istanbul. Nice located because enough far from the noisy streets and also enough close all the touristic and panoramic points.
We don’t offer you just an accommodation, we offer you a sweet home, home away home, a pure friendship and assurance with joyfull moments.
Our hotel also situated very close to the sea side and you can reach the sea within 3 minutes by walking and enjoy a fresh walking or jogging.
