“Greast place to stay in every way”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 19, 2014

This hotel was super in every way. It has spacious and comfortable rooms, a superb restaurant facility, and best of all very helpful staff always willing to help. We stayed with friends for a 4 day break to get to know Istanbul, and were delighted. The location is ideal, just minutes away from Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Hippodrome and what for us seemed to be the centre of the city. A little further, but still walking distance are the grand bazaar and the Suleymanje mosque. Our room (we were upgraded to an executive suite) was delightful, spacious, with an extremely large bed, and a Jacuzzi bath. The breakfasts were delicious. Overall we were really happy with the quality of our short holiday. Nothing is perfect, but our stay in the Rose Garden suites is as near perfect as can be.

Very nice place to stay in Istanbul, close to the center, but quiet.
We had one delicious meal at the restaurant the last evening.
It was our first trip to Istanbul, and the staff helps us with recommendations about what to do and where to find the easiest way to the marked.
We had computer access, and the food was nice. I would like to come back!

Everything was nice. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Beakfast was perfect and service was great. And, at last, all the people of the hotel are very efficient and friendly. The hotel is very close to Blue Mosque and St Sophie.

So friendly service! Very Nice and clean rooms, and large breakfast buffet in the morning!! The hotel was very charming and old and could be datet to the 1890. It lies in the old town of istanbul, which makes it close to everything, and still it is very quiet in the evening, so you can have a good night's rest. I Couldn't have been more happy, as it was overall just perfect.

We took the executive room. It was very nice. Extremely spacious, tastefully furnished and decorated, very palatial looking room. Jacuzzi and floor heating in the bathroom were a nice added touch. The queen sized bed was supremely comfortable.

The morning buffet breakfast had an extremely wide selection of food including freshly made omelettes with fillings of choice.

The room rates online for the weekday was exception value at something around £70 per night. The weekend rates do shoot up however.

I only have a few minor quibbles. Firstly the wooden floor in the room was ever so slightly sticky, so it was not suitable to walk on in bare feet. Secondly our room was road facing so it wasn't pin drop silence, it was not loud by no means and it was really quiet after 11 pm but like I said, minor quibbles. Finally the location is nice but as others mention there's a not so trivial climb up to the main road.

Room Tip: Get the executive room, garden facing might be quieter.

Good communication and great service. The room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely balcony. The staff were all reliable and patient. I left my coat in the room when I checked out and rushed to the airport. They first brought it to the airport, but I had no time to wait for my coat. So they send international delivery to the UK. I got my coat back very soon. I really appreciate their kind service.
