“Good Value Luxury”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 5, 2012

This is a very nice fairly new hotel. Its situated on the Asian side so dont book if you are here as a tourist, unless you like spending a long time in a taxi. Rooms are comfortable, flat screen TV, coffee in the room, decent bathroom etc, but the walls are thin so noise can be an issue, we had some very noisy people on the 6th floor who liked to slam doors and shout out at after midnight.
Service at breakfast is poor but the selection is decent.

This Hotel is located on the Asian side of Istanbul and very close to the 2nd bridge. I have stayed here for about 20 nights since the start of 2012 and can only say whay good value for money the hotel offers.
Great Spa and pool, area, very good 9th floor Club lounge and bedrooms of a 5 star standard.
You can gain access to the Club lounge via a small upgrade charge or by paying €20 one off charge per day and for this you get drinks and snacks.
For those visiting the main historic sights of Istanbul you need to be aware of the location of this new hotel but for those doing business on the Asian side the location is very good.
Feel free to ask me any questions about this hotel.

Room Tip: Pay to get the Club lounge option.

This is a nice hotel and looks very new. The rates are competitive and good value. Internet is also included in room rate which is good.
The rooms are comfortable and nice. Only complaint was the housekeeping. You do not recognize it if you stay for one night but if you stay for 5 you will clearly see it needs improvment. I wrote detailed explanation about this in the survey of hotel and got personal email back where he infomred there would be invested in more training for house keeping so i am sure it will be improved on my next stay.

I ordered room service and the food was delicious.

I really loved the spa, and it is highly reccommended. the massages are excellent and i went there every day of my stay.

The service in this hotel is very good and also more personal than some other hotels.I had a nice stay.

This new hotel is exactly what you are looking for when you are at a business trip at the Asian side of Istanbul. It is close to the airport, brand new, luxurious and classy. The staff is friendly and helpful. You have a large scale of options for breakfast. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and really nice.. This hotel will absolutely be my first preference at my next visit to Istanbul.

This is a new hotel that is mainly designed for the traveller to Istanbul who has business on the Asian side of the city. It is very conveniently located just across the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge. Travel time from the airport to the hotel is 30 minutes on a good day and 60-90 minutes on a bad day. A taxi ride from the airport to the hotel is around 70 TL. Money can easily be exchanged at the airport.
This is my second stay at this property. I found overall that it is a great place to stay with a few exceptions. Firstly on the good side, the concierge and front desk staff are exceptional. I was trying to get directions the grand bazaar by bus/ferry because I had a day off. Not only did I get great directions but the concierge was concerned that I might have difficulty arranging for a bus pass so he offered me his personal pass to use. Check in and checkout were fast and easy and all of my special requests were handled efficiently.
The downside of this property is that the rooms are relatively small with not very much storage and workspace for the business traveller. There are only showers in the room but they do work well.
The fitness area is relatively small but there is a good dry and steam sauna for the use of hotel guests. There is also a very small pool that you can use as well.
Above I noted the exceptional service I received in 2 areas however there were 2 areas that the service could certainly be improved. The first is service at breakfast which is a buffet. Even though on several days there were very few people in the restaurant it seemed that the wait staff spent more time trying to avoid serving you than they did providing service. The other area was the spa. I think that ignored would be the best description of the service there unless you specifically found someone and asked a specific question.
I also would note that there are very few children staying at the hotel. In 13 nights there I only remember seeing 5 children and I think at least one or two belonged to hotel staff.
There is shopping and restaurants just up the street from the property in the Kavacık area.

Room Tip: Corner rooms are best.

This hotel is of particular interest of those who are on business trips for companies with the offices in the business area on Asian side: there are quite a few companies.
If you stay there, you avoid morning rush hour if you are getting from the European side by the bridge, and your life is safer as you don't need semi-crazy Turkish taxi drivers.

the hotel itself is brand-new and has everything you can think of. It has got its very well deserve five stars, and is not overcrowded (probably, yet), or probably because it is not in a tourist area, though you can walk (30 mins) to Bosphorus where you can take a ferry to explore Istanbul from the water. Also there are few decent restaurants in the area (staff will help you to find them).

Overall, great experience, highly recommended!

Room Tip: take a "corner-room", it is not much more expensive, but it's well worth it!
