“Good choice!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 25, 2012

Perfectly located hotel. Not far from all the major attractions. Very friendly staff who speak good english, are very well informed, helpful and approachable. Good breakfast too.
I stayed there twice. The only problem I faced the second time was that the wifi connection in my room wasnt strong enough to connect. This was in the front portion of the hotel. My previous stay was at the back portion and I didnt have that issue.
Would probably stay with them again, the next time im in Istanbul.

Room Tip: Rooms that are accessed from behind the restaurant have better wifi, while rooms accessed from the r...

It is the best choice you can do!!! Nice, small, CLEAN hotel with friendly staff and nice breakfast!
It very close to Sultanahmet (Aghia Sofia, Blue Mosque), Top kapi, Galata Bridge and Spice market. These are distances that you can do on foot. Very close to two tram stations that can take you everywhere! Free hamam and sauna that are open until 22:00!

We enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. The hotel is located close to public transportation and is a short walk to attractions (including Galata bridge) and neighborhood restaurants. Reception is staffed with friendly and helpful employees!

I spent a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional, they solved our little problem quickly accomodating our needs. Miss Ceda, the lady at the front desk, was really very helpful and kind providing useful information about places to go. Hotel location is very good, also to reach further areas of the city because there is a tram station just close by.
I would warmly recommend this hotel to anyone is looking for a nice, clean and well positioned hotel in Istanbul.

i stayed at this hotel for 8 nights in august 2011. it has a terrific location right next to the tramway and without a walking distance to all attractions of old Istanbul (blue mosque, gulhan park, bazaar). it's also surrounded by many restaurants and cafe and mini shops. the reception guy is one of the nicest people i've ever met, he has helped me a lot during my whole stay. the room was very clean, air conditioned with a mini fridge. breakfast was excellent. the hotel is on a small quiet street by night (back then some construction work was going on starting around 7 am but it never bothered me since i spent the whole day sightseeing). i very much recommend this hotel for first time traveler to Istanbul.

I recently stayed at the Q-Inn - twice in fact - before and after doing a tour of Turkey. It was an excellent choice. The hotel is small enough to be personal and big enough to offer everything you could need. Lovely restaurant downstairs with alfresco tables. It's down a little side street with no traffic, so that makes it really comfortable. The rooms are nice - it's clean - and the staff are excellent. They really cannot do enough to help you. And the language barrier didn't seem to create any problems. Cemil at the front desk organised for a box to be sent home for me. It took some organising because of money changes, public holidays and logistics - but nothing was too much trouble for them. Cant think of another place i've stayed that would go to all that trouble for me. And the location is ideal. You can walk everywhere that's on your immediate "must see" list and in fact, it was so much fun strolling around the streets. After a couple of days, you start to feel like a local. Thoroughly recommend this hotel for any newcomers to Turkey. Takes the fear factor out of it totally. Thanks to Cemil and staff for all their kindness. Much appreciated.

Room Tip: Opt for rooms with lift to the reception area rather than the other side. Just a little easier with...
