The position is great - a 5 minute walk away from great shopping and a 10 minute walk to the tram that gets you straight into the old town. The hotel rooms are lovely and very stylish but there is a lack of warmth to the hotel. There is one staff member at the desk who will book restaurants and discuss destinations but again with a lack of warmth and enthusiasm. It is hard to put a finger on it but my choice is to always stay at Boutique Hotels and this just lacked that extra something that one would normally expect.
